Dovetale has allow me to cut my time working with infleuncers and partnerships in half! The interface is easy to navigate and the tech support is incredibly fast and friendly! Our ambassador and infliuencer partners have also loved how easy the pkatform is to use on their end. I did a lot of research before signing up for Dovetale, and found that it offers many of the same capabilities as other platforms on the market, but is more affordable for startup comapnies. If you are looking for a solution to organized, manage and keep track of all things influencers and partnerships related, I cannot reccomend Dovetale enough. I would love to have a place to communicate directly with influencers / ambassadors on the patform, like a chat interface. I would also love for the platform to have a place to upload content from community members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple, easy-to-use interface, good influencer discovery, analytics, and filtering/sorting features. The platform also has features that help process the inbound collaborations, product gifting, and affiliate commission. Big database in many different countries which is fairly difficult to exhaust, unless you do influencer marketing on a super big scale. No interest-based audience data, no data on the audience quality or the number of fake followers influencer has. Not all of the influencer profiles are full on the platform - there's sometimes a link to the Youtube channel or TikTok page missing. No demographical data for most TikTok profiles. Dovetale is a great end to end influencer management tool, where we can really do it all in one platform, from influencer identification, to influencer campaign management, to reporting of the results after the campaign. Also, Mike the CEO/founder is super hands-on when it comes to sales and customer service. He's extremely responsive and very professional in ensuring his team is getting us what we need. While the platform contains a wealth of data, unfortunately Dovetale isn't able to pull in all the metrics that we're able to see through the native interface - but to be fair, that's not a limitation of the platform, but rather a limitation of the walled gardens and their restrictive APIs. I don't like how the application process is on an individual basis with affiliates. I would like to be able to approve more than one at a time. I wish the program would automatically search out and link all of a given influencers social platforms without me having to find and add them individually.

I've had influencers not want to have to link their accounts to Dovetail because they were afraid that they would lose control of their accounts so they would not join.

I wish that the export function would also provide you with the URLs of the influencer's social media accounts, which would make it more useful to me.

I also wish that there was a "Refresh" or "Stop" button for when you are adding new contacts. I've had one hung up in the "Adding Creator" step for a month+. I've had it happen before and I reached out to customer service (who were great) but they were not able to add that one influencer for me based on some sort of issue with their blog website. I suspect it must be the same issue here but I haven't taken the time to reach out and get them to deal with it. I wish I could just do that on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The discovery feature allows you to really filter to find the right influencers for a campaign and get really granular in your search. The campaign tracking is also great because it pulls up the analytics for the reports just wth connecting to the influencer's page. The support team is also great because they are very quick to respond to any questions and provide detailed answers. Having worked with many different platforms in the past I can say Dovetale really provides great value and is so easy to use. The team there is also lovely to work with and very accommodating with requests for anything. It was super quick and easy to get us set up to start working on the platform. I wish I could convert the lists into campaigns a bit more seamlessly. At times we're having to create multiple lists for the same campaign since we can't always seamlessly transfer the information over.
