As both a system administrator and user of Dovetail HR, I am akin to many sides and elements of the system functionality. I appreciate that many pieces are highly customizable from an administrator's perspective. However, it can sometimes be confusing when various setup elements can be edited via various pages. This leads to some repetitive navigation and work to confirm that I have completed what I intended to do. Also, while more accessible and more convenient than a query, the search functionality from the agent portal home page is not helpful for locating certain items since it pulls in far too many results and in no apparent particular order. We use Dovetail for our HR case management. The implementation team was excellent at getting us up and running. Dovetail is very intuitive so it’s been easy to configure on our own. I don't have anything currently; any new suggestions I have given have been met with encouragement and added to future enchacement research.
