Top Rated Dooly Alternatives

Dooly has been a huge time saver me! Before Dooly, keeping accounts up to date in Salesforce was a huge hassel. Field had to be updated independently and I have to navigate from account to account. Dooly makes it super easy to instantly update Salesforce fields for multiple accounts at once in as few clicks as possible. The ease of use has actually translated to more detailed notes and more success on deals. I'm not forgetting to update accounts/opps simply because I dread the process. Using Dooly for the first time was a little challenging. I found the UI to not be super intuitive but learned quickly with usage. Getting templates created and saved was the most challenging part but not a real headache once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to take notes pen to paper. It made my workspace cluttered, unorganized and a mess. With Dooly, I've moved all my notes to this virtual platform that syncs with my CRM. This saves paper and saves time in copying. They've been doing lots of updates as well, adding to the benefits of using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a TON of issues with the platform itself. While typing, it will shoot you to the bottom of the note you're taking suddenly, forcing you to go back to the top and completely restart your sentence. It often suddenly erases what you wrote, resetting the note to the last sync. The Apple Store app is unusable.
It's also frequently extremely slow, or won't load at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dooly is a well-designed platform that enables any sales rep to enter all sales-related information into SF CRM quickly. Changes are easily entered into any field and automatically saved, unlike SF when it doesn't save and you loose all that work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's not always clear how to add fields, and you can't organize the salesforce fields in Dooly in a way that makes sense to me. There's no individual "re-arranging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Dooly is how easy was to record notes right from the calendar invite. The tool is a great resource to keep organize, especially in a role that heavily focuses in having multiple meetings in a day internally and with clients it is important to have a tool that is easy to use in order to keep track of all notes. Some of the templates could have been more aligned with my role but for the most part it was not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dooly is allowing me as a sales rep to quickly make updates to salesforce that everyone is always asked to be doing. It allows for quick edits at scale to ensure that all of your managers requests are being addressed ASAP! Super easy to use and the integration is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A small learning curve but anyone that uses it gets the hang of it pretty quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am still a daily user of the platform today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I consider churning because recently so many bugs have been introduced that the platform is barely usable. I used to make all my notes from my calendar, now they notes get automatically logged on Salesforce by whoever sent out the invite. Very often, the page simply doesnt load and i cannot make a note at all. Wondering if they just laid off their entire QA team / user testing team as just must be obvious to any software company... Dooly can also be a powerful tool for CS teams. It can share information across teams throughout a customer's lifecycle. There are a lot of great features about Dooly. But if I had to pick my favourite, I love how it syncs nicely with Salesforce, making the Pipeline tool more than just a dashboard for potential sales opportunities. CS employees, such as Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers, can leverage the Pipeline tool to review customer accounts and opportunities and make necessary edits to synced Salesforce fields (as long as they have the right permissions). Two focus areas I recommend for Dooly:
1. The Pipeline tool's dashboard views cannot be tiered. It would be nice if we can group information and create multi- (or at least 2-tiered) views. For example, if I want to view my global contacts list, I'd like to be able to group them by Accounts so it looks more organized and presentable. Currently, my global contacts list is in alphabetical order and I cannot organize them by Account. That said, I am able to filter for the Account I need, so it's not too bad.
2. Regarding the CS teams, the Notes tool can be a bit challenging without more restrictive permission settings. Currently, every user is able to create and globally share their templates within the organization. This is problematic for a company with hundreds of users in Dooly. We cannot afford to have employees create rogue templates and stray from the Procore Standard and brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easily it integrates with my calendar and salesforce as I have all the information I need at my fingertips! It's also easy to store templates in dooly so that I can easily pull up common questions or aspects that are important to my meetings. I also love that is pulls up past notes from you or other users that have worked on an account! I recommend to everyone at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is hard to bullet certain things and I run into issues sometimes when I hit enter where it for some reason deletes the notes that I have stored. Usually easy to retype. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to create playbooks to help with enablement and document processes in a way that's easy to find Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like there to be configurability on the account page so I can move boxes around to my preferred layout Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to set up views for all of my accounts and opportunities, giving me a clear overview of where everything is at. This allows me to prioritise effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside for me is that my company does not use Dooly so I am limited in the features I have :(
The other thing is maybe when you first sign up for Dooly, there could be a clear walk through of how to get set up effectively. It can be daunting as there a bit to it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Dooly is the pipeline editor. It helps being able to only see the fields that I need to worry about and not get lost from other irrelevant data points. On top of this, I can bulk update opps from Salesforce and even take meeting notes that sync directly to the opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is great, although on small room for improvement would be the option to convert a lead in dooly. I have to go to saleforce to convert the lead to an opportunity then back to dooly to edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
