The software is simple and easy to use. It spends a lot of time coordinating different schedules between people. Great for everyone to add their availability and find the best time to schedule events, especially across multiple time zones. Doodle helps select the best time and allows you to add custom time slots of varying length for people to add their availability, which makes scheduling much easier. The administrator can also see the available times people select in real-time and see who has replied and who has not, which is very helpful for scheduling. I dislike that users often have to manually enter their availability, it would be great if users could sync or upload their calendar availability from outlook, icalendar, or google calendar instead to make the work more effortless. The UI can also be challenging on certain browsers and there's not an easy way to save if you are making a complicated set of available times, so it is important to complete before your session times out. This particular site is an enormous time-saver! When I set up group meetings with even more folks, I feel disappointed when counting the various hours/dates, when individuals can be found or maybe when a lot more folks "answer everything" and spend the mailbox of mine. One of the things I love most about Doodle is the simplicity with which you can schedule things ( be it a weekly trial, a meeting or a one-off event) and see when everyone is free. This makes tracking much easier. And you can also suggest a specific time to see if they fit all, and then they are added to your schedule instantly. I'm not saying I don't like it, but this snippet has only one purpose - the program. That would make it nice if they could give it more permissions and perform different things, for example write down the agenda or keep minutes of meetings.
