i think the basic features are sufficient for the way i use it. However, in some ways, the UI is very unclear and I end up clicking around a lot to get to the places i want.

I dont like how doodle asks me for email addresses to share the results of my poll. Why cant it not either ask the people who sign up for their email addresses or perhaps let me share it via (text,whatsapp,facebook etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One drawback that are presented with some of their versions, is an enormous amount of advertising which can generate the distraction of the respondent. I love Doodle. I use this product anytime I have to coordinate a meeting within the office and out of the office. The set up of multiple dates and times can sometimes be super hard to use. I try to get a few solid times and dates and not offer too many options, because it can get really clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part about Doodle is that it makes it so easy to plan something (whether it's a weekly rehearsal or meeting, or a one time event) by seeing when everyone is available. It makes it easy to keep track of everything. You can suggest certain times, see if it works for everyone, and then it is automatically added to your calendars. I wouldn't say that I disliked it- but doodle only really does one thing: schedules. It would be nice if they made it more marketable to do other things, like keep track of meeting agendas or notes or record meetings. I work for a volunteer organization that helps to produce a no experience required musical theater performance. We used Doodle to help us with a bake sale time slot sign-up. For our bake sale we had multiple volunteers who were asked to sign up for multiple time slots over the course of three days. There is very little to dislike about using the Doodle app. However, nothing is perfect. When using the Doodle we found that our only dislike was that there are only a few functions available for the free version, which is unfortunate. But for our purposes the app functioned very well. I really like that I can connect my calendar to Doodle and easily add the events to my calendar. It makes sure that the times are always correct. I also love how easy it is to use, and whenever I send out a poll it is very easy and user friendly for people to fill out. I also enjoy that there are no ads and it has a simple design!
