Doodle is a great application for scheduling meetings in groups of people. I have been using the free version and it works great with large groups of people and scheduling meetings for various numbers. It greatly exceeds the mail system I had been using before and it is more functional and practical. I love that when creating a Doodle, I can customize the date, time, shipping links and other aspects that complement the application very well. I like that you can create both private and public surveys. It's great that when I participate in Doodle I can switch between calendar and schedule views to apply to the best option that I consider appropriate for each case. Doodle has a very easy to navigate interface, good colors, intuitive and easy to see that improves the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A common complaint in Doodle is that at the time of selecting the meeting vote, I would like to make it possible to do it by several options: date, places or activities, in this way to obtain greater flexibility when creating the Doodle. Another aspect that I would like to improve are the views of users on the calendar, so that a more orderly interface is shown and you can view in a broad spectrum all the meetings of a month and the progress of the votes for each of them, it would be great to have These statistics. This tool is super easy to create scheduled events. I use Doodle polls to add a bunch of time and date options. Then I can send those options around to see what works best for everyone's schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have many complaints. They could probably do more to integrate with other software, but in general it does exactly what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a good and quickly way to organize an event and know what is the best day for people involved to do something without call or send a message. It is very quick Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it and there is not point to dislike. It is possible to create a doodle also without a registration so it is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is Of easy use setting up different service to share with other members, it’s nice you’re able to click multiple times or answers at once. Although, it can get confusing as this isn’t always noted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The use of it is a little slow at times, when trying to click multiple answers it will over click some and become confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so much simpler to use a Doodle poll than trying to organize calls and meetings traditionally. It has cut down significantly on personnel time and frustration in trying to organize and schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface could be a bit more user-friendly. Pop-ups about linking calendars, "bubbly" typeface and images could be refined. It would be great if I could save groups of contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite things about using Doodle to schedule meetings is that you can invite multiple people to vote in your poll at the same time, limit a respondent to one vote, and allow only one vote per time slot. This allows you to schedule multiple meetings at the same time, with no 2 respondents voting for the same option - a fast and efficient way to schedule team on-boarding meetings, interviews and training sessions. The only thing I dislike about doodle is the format in which the time slots are displayed i.e. horizontally. A respondent is forced to scroll quite a bit to see all available slots, especially if time slots are available for an entire month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doodle makes scheduling so simple, easy, and seamless. It can be a HUGE pain trying to schedule meetings or events with external partners who do not share our internal calendar system. I really enjoy that it allows us to capture time slots that may carry over in to the next day as some of our meetings are 1.5 or 2.5 days. Its extremely adaptable and has many new features which include Slack which I haven't used yet but I'm sure integrating those would be exceptional! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I can say there's nothing I dislike about Doodle. It does exactly what it says it will and can do and n never fails for collaboration to find the perfect date or time for meetings, events, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that Doodle is very user friendly and that I am easily able to see what dates/times work best for my team. I love how I am able to easily create and event or appointment and see what my staff's availability is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that there were more ways to differentiate between options on Doodle. I may just not be seeing them, but wish that I could use different colors, etc to show different options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of marking your available times and also showing when you're not available or when you can mark your availability as "if needed". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the layout of the results a little cluttered. There are two options, calendar or table, but neither seem like they flow well visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use it to schedule meetings with the various teams that I with. You can easily schedule a meeting with multiple people without having to send several messages back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have to fill each day individually, cannot say I am available every day from so and so time and a little high cost for the business user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
