I love the phrase "yes/no in case you want a choice". I use Doodle to plan dozens of meetings with extremely active folks. I love this fast survey layout. The copy/paste choice is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with the calendar of mine will allow it to be simpler to make use of the platform - that's, if Doodle read through the spare time in the calendar of mine and then simply allow me to change the readily available choices for others if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s an easy way to see when people are free in order to setup meetings. I’ve used for committees and even my dissertation defenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to create multiple if you only want individual meetings with one person at a time, such as advising meetings with students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy and simple to understand! When sending a Doodle to anyone they don't need to download any special software, they can just click and join! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides the common features, Doodle provides entertaining features that could save a lot time and effort. You are able to develop a private style and brand for every survey. You also have the choice to change the Doodle logo together with your business logo to guarantee a high level of branding and customization. The premium edition is ad free, i.e. there's no advertising and marketing in the survey which disturbs participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes you might find it hard to find the way of yours - particularly when attempting to establish the time. It has taken me a couple of tries to determine how you can establish a particular time rather than an entire day.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doodle Base helps you to schedule meetings, particularly in big groups, which makes waking up easier. I use a lot of the website but I can't consider a more powerful solution. Doodle is free of charge and quick to manage should you have trouble organizing an successful conference, do not bother to call for support. Only enter your usability to let folks understand that they will always profit from these dates to hours, and they will let you know what you want to talk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doodle keeps changing the side long dates, allowing more people outside the auditors to shift the account of reality to everybody else. I just appreciate the gui that just helps you to conduct surveys, even if I don't believe it's the strongest testing approach, it makes all the things simple to include in one program. I like the simplicity of doodle. It connects with zoom, Microsoft, facebook, google and other tools you probably use. The interface is very simple and the idea behind it is very cool as it tries to minimize the amount of emails it takes to schedule a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, they switched from being a largely free tool to having you pay. The cost benefit isn’t that great as you can do similar things in tools like slack where you can have a poll that will help determine what everyone’s availability is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doodle has great free features for sending out surveys and polls to your people. It is incredibly user friendly and easy to manage the output data. It allows you to submit your availability in a calendar, it allows you to make all sorts of different forms, and is incredibly customizable. Doodle is easily shared and does not require participants to create any kind of separate account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is that every time anyone fills out your form or changes their response, you get a separate email. In my organization it would always be a sort of punishment to be the one to make the Doodle poll because that person was about to receive hundreds of individual emails from Doodle updating you to people's submissions. All of my clients know how to use it so it cuts down on problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
wish it would provide a reminder Service (maybe it does and I just don't know about it). The interface is not very pretty Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doodle Base allows you to plan meetings, especially in large groups, making it easier to get up. I use the database a lot, but I cannot find a more efficient alternative. If you have problems planning an effective meeting, don't hesitate to ask for help, Doodle is free-of-charge and easy to handle. Simply enter your accessibility and let people know that these dates and times will benefit them and that they can let you know when you want to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This option is not integrated with most platforms such as Office No. This option is not yet widespread as some team members are not yet acquainted with the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is very easy to use, as well as making registration forms available to customers and employees. Using this particular software has proven to be extremely beneficial because it offers optical images of what is working and what is not in your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing important. Software only works if its users show flexibility and commitment to their capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
