What do you like best about DocuSoft?

What do you dislike about DocuSoft?

I'm yet to find anything negative to highlight in relation to using the software.I have not come across any issues as such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocuSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about DocuSoft?

Good integration with Outlook and other Office 365 software. We often use the browser based functions to search for documetns etc

We use this everyday.

When we have used customer support they have been excellent and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSoft?

Lots of features that need more training to fully utilise - can arrange the training but wouild like more online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSoft?

The best feature of Docusoft is to virtually move the documents around the people in the office without having to take prints and then move them physically around. e-Signature/Digital Signature would be a very good pro of this software, which also helps our clients to stay on top of all the existing paperwork. What do you dislike about DocuSoft?

I haven't really come across any shortcomings of the software as of yet. It is fulfilling all our requirements perfectly without any issues. Docusoft is quite easy and convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocuSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to physically print documents and get them to reach different people to get their approval and signatures has been completely eliminated by the software. I dislike is the pricing structure. Docusoft can be quite costly, especially for smaller businesses or individuals with limited budgets. It would be beneficial if they offered more affordable plans or pricing options to cater to a wider range of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
