DocuShare is actually an internet paper management tool which allows you to easily store all the files of yours in one spot, access them on the internet and discuss them with every person. You are able to share it with the colleagues of yours. You are able to save files in formats that are various and open them online from anyplace. You are able to also upload music and pictures. At Xerox, we've built a robust management solution for all file types, and added intelligent management processes. What I like most about the combination of content administration and workflow is security. It's a solid thing: access to DocuShare from the Windows client.
