I work in the apartment industry, and using Docusend to mail certified mail and sensitive information has never been easier. Honestly, I cant think of anything I dislike! Very easy to use, affordable, and there is even a free trial! If I were to give any advice, however, it would be to increase marketing/awareness of Docusend. Not suitable for a huge company as where I was, they stopped to use it because of the lack of interest in the long term.
I dont like the design and the content strategy that I find too old school for daily use, they need to make it more friendly.The website visual is not adapted.I don't know that much about how safe it but I was using it to certify sensitive documents between us and our partners/resellers.
