Easy to gather team signature before time. NO HASTLE OF FIRST PRINTING OUT THE FORM SIGNING AND THEN UPLOADING THE COPY. Security enablement and use of ease is commendable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More competition is available which offers more services including signatures. Not unique with it's services. It needs to provide a more convincing unique point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I really like most about mSign is the ease of use. I've used quite a few solutions over the years and this product is just very intuitive and simple. I like that. I also appreciate some of the features they've included such as the auditing feature. I send a fair amount of documents for signature and I like to keep track of where they are in the process as they often have multiple folks who need to touch them. I've been using the product just under a month now and haven't found any big negatives. There are some features I'd like that they don't have but according to them, they are adding updates regularly and some of the stuff I was hoping for is apparently in the works. So, we'll see! It just works. It's reliable and easy to use, without a lot of overhead. It does everything you need from an esignature platform, the UI is straightforward, and the signature request emails actually get reliably delivered (unlike a recent experience I had with a famous competitor beginning with a D). The webhooks capability is slick and lets you set up integrations with easily.
I also like mSign's integration with the broader Documo platform, especially mFax, which is head and shoulders above anything I've ever seen in the fax world. This combination in particular makes it an obvious win for healthcare and similar industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the UI is really nice, I think it could use a little bit more polish or a bit of a refresh. Elements are a little larger than necessary, maybe the color scheme could be better. But these are really minor quibbles on an overall excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no limit to the number of signatures!
This was a headache with my previous software provider. I did not think that I would run into an issue around signature count until there were multiple sub-contracting signoffs that needed to happen for our large contracts. I am so happy that I no longer have to stress about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there is anything that I don't like about mSign.
It has all I need without the unnecessary features for the sake of features. It's extremely user-friendly and easy to use. I recently hired a new administrative assistant and they were up and running with the software in no time. It felt fool-proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an organization, we have searched for avenues to streamline our office and reduce our carbon footprint. We have recently begun to use mSign for client documents. Having mSign to use has allowed us to move towards this while complying with HIPAA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, we have not found any downsides to the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using the mSign product for a few weeks now and I've got to say it's such a great eSignature product. Great user interface, very intuitive, and just works really smoothly. I look forward to future product updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see anything to dislike at this point. If I have to come up something it would be cool if they had a mobile app, but I'm sure that's in the works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
