I have been frequently using DocHub for the past one year. It has made signing and editing a document for my purposes easier. It helped me signing on a PDF more easy as I dont need to waste money on printing the document and then uploading it, thus helping me to save a lot of time. The best feature is that I can easily implement it in different platforms including Google Drive and Google classroom. It is easy to use beacuse of simple user interface. My one concern is that as I upload sensitive documents I am a bit scared for its privacy issues. It's not working that good when its offline. I feel like customer support services can be improved a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love DocHub. Great for signatures, particularly when I need many opeople from one office to sign the same document. I also use it for outbound faxing, editing PDFs, combining PDFs, and filling out forms. It's a jack of all traits and worth every single penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't have much. I pay for the unlimited faxing and full access and can add team members as needed. Occassionally a checkbox from a PDF form doesn't pull over and I have to add one manually- but it's seconds on the hours it saves me each month.

Sometimes the download feature downloads a blank page so just glance before forwarding your document.

I wish there was a way to upload multiple files when combining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to edit my documents! I have to edit countless amounts of docs for work every day, and DocHub is the best, user friendly platform to edit docs. To be honest, I don't think I have any dislikes about DocHub! I've tried other editing tools such as Adobe and I have to say DocHub hits it all for me as far as user friendliness, cost, and effectiveness for what I need to use it for. It is very easy to use and we like the feature to have a team of people that can access all the shared documents. People that we ask to sign the contracts find it very easy via a smartphone. We were wondering if the number of clicks to request a signature could be reduced and the size of the date box always seems to need to be enlarged. Other than that, we are really happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't need a robust system. I need digital signing on the fly. Upload; sign initial and date here; done. Signing order? Yes. Does it render on mobile phones and make the signing experience fun? Hell yes.

DocHub allows me to FLAG items so that if someone prefers to print it, sign it, then mail OR scan it, then cloud send it again - so be it. I am method and platform-agnostic; DocHub gets us to JOB COMPLETION. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would like to get a feature added that allows me to auto-send a completed document to one or more non-signors but I just forward that email from me to them at execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used other electronic signature platforms and some of them can be quite complicated. DocHub is very user friendly for both creating and signing the documents. The labeling of types of documents is an easy way to organize files/templates. I have been able to bring our company from completely paper dependent to nearly paper free. Sometimes the end user/signer has a difficult time pulling up the document on their phone as the document will not display (only shows the fields to fill out). This requires me to bring them in to sign a paper copy or the end user/signer to use a personal computer/laptop at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inexpensive to use and very intuitive. I didn't need any training to learn how to set up and distribute the forms. Users are not required to download any special software, and it's mobile-friendly, which makes it easy for the receiver. I wish it was more intuitive and would automatically capture/suggest fields. It's not a big deal when I only need to collect a signature or a small bit of information. It can be cumbersome if there are a lot of fields which need to be marked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used other document signing platforms, but DocHub is one of the most intuitive and easy to navigate. I love the templates and use them for sending various client contracts almost daily.

It is very user friendly for someone as afraid of technology as I am! It makes it easy to send out Sign Requests, and to create new documents - especially how it automatically converts images into PDF files. I've been using DocHub for three years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the Sign Requests, even when marked as "required", will glitch and the client is unable to sign. I need to create a flattened copy and resend, which always seems to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downfall I can think of is creating a template isn't the easiest to figure out, or search for, or edit. that, and making a document fillable doesn't always work for me,so that is a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
