Once you get your head around the interface, it's straightforward to use - the document field editing tools are nice and simple, and formatting is a breeze. Can be a bit unintuitive at first - just spend a few minutes with it! For example, you have to set up a workflow just to get a link to a document form, even if you haven't got much of a "flow" to speak of. I have been using Mail merge in Word for long. And I dreamt of one day to be able to use Mail Merge for PDF files.
And I found DocDown. It's not the best of the world, but it did the job really well and effective.
I can just upload the PDF file, set the fields, specify automation workflows, and click a button - there it is.

I don't know if it is only me, but from time to time I got a bit slow to log in. But once I was in the app, it runs well.

I had been looking for a platform that would easily allow me to provide a method for my clients to personalize PDF lead magnets that I was providing for them. Believe it or not, I was doing this by hand for each client. In my opinion, what really makes this program outstanding is just how much flexibility you have.
