I find the whole SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration of email addresses to be thoroughly confusing. I have a technical bent, so I shouldn't be mystified, yet somehow I am. DMARC Report relieves most of this grief. The website has a clear, logical interface, so it's easy to find what I need. It tells me if I've misconfigured something. It sends me weekly reports of my deliverability stats, which are very easy to read. I'm not currently sending stuff out via mailing lists. I wanted to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so I could be sure that my regular business email was getting delivered. The price is high for me, due to my business's small size. The pricing is geared for larger businesses. I hope to grow into needing that much capacity, but they're a bit of an ill fit for me at the moment. If your company is small and you use just one domain name, their Free plan might be all you need. I needed a way to help my clients by monitoring their DMARC policies. DMARC Report is easy to set up, the reports and charts are good, and it has the option to send email notifications as well.

It is a very easy service to use and onboard our clients. The web interface is easy to navigate, and I also like the white labelling as it provides a more professional touch when reselling it to our clients. Reports are also good and easy to understand.

I have already raised a couple of tickets directly with DMARC Report (so it may be already fixed by the time you read this!), but for a platform that is about email security, there is no way of centrally enforcing MFA for any guest accounts that I create for clients. They are looking into it, but a platform like this should have MFA enforced at the very start.

Reporting is good, but I don't see a way of automatically getting the PDF version sent to the client on a regular cadence. If this could be fixed, then DMARC Report would be a 100% solid platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used this to help setup DMARC and DKIM for my email servers. The ease of use to setup DMARC to protect the email domains. The step by step guided approach with instructions. Allows BIMI setup and also DKIM security too. The frequent weekly emails allows me to monitor the performance and email health. The dashboard allows me to monitor each individual email domain and their security. The customer support from DMARC Report was superb. Until I started working with my DMARC reports, I used to experience message delivery failuers but didn't know why. My email address had been spoofed a few times but I had no clue where the problem eminated from. Now, within a short period of time after adding my domain details to DMARC reports, I was able to identify problems and implement the correct policies to keep further problems at bay. There's not much to dislike! It does what it says on the tin. If I was to be uber critical, I would say that perhaps some of the help files are unecessarily verbose. The most helpful feature is the step by step setup which makes it super easy to integrate DMARC to your domain. Just copy and paste the MX DNS settings.
