In our business model, where advertising and marketing has not historically been a primary driver of revenue, our brand positioning and presence has been a challenging area to deploy resources.

If you're a small operation looking for basic web dev and graphic design services and aren't in a rush to get the deliverables, D&Z could be a great way to control your costs. Unfortunately, their service was for us. We had a WordPress multisite and I think their dev struggled with that. Also, be ready for the quirky D&Z personality to be rammed down your throat. We win, when we get 5 things in a week, but our marketing budget is sustained - I don't have nasty surprises like I did with my prior agencies where I'm billed $500 for them changing a name on a business card template, and Dingus has a steady income stream .
