They have built a cool brand with an incredible team of professionals that clearly love what they do and are great at it. Simran and Jorge have been FUN to work with, over-the-top with their communication, accurate with their timelines and spot-on with their work. The Firm-as-a-Service Model is brilliant! **What do you dislike about Dingus and Zazzy?** I've been on the Naughty List for most of my life. Santa sees me when I'm sleeping, knows when I'm awake, knows when I've been bad or good- and is watching every f*****g Google Meet I have with D+Z. I wish he would just leave me alone for a few years- **Recommendations to others considering Dingus and Zazzy:** Would highly recommend their service, do not hesitate to engage in one of their programs. You won't know how much you can do to elevate your brand until you have the trust and confidence of a valued partner like them on your side! **What problems is Dingus and Zazzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our business model, where advertising and marketing has not historically been a primary driver of revenue, our brand positioning and presence has been a challenging area to deploy resources. Not only because of the non-linear pathway to determining an ROI for us, but because of the seemingly endless list of things we "should do" and "need to do" in these areas- without resource to guide us. We're certainly a low-value prospect for a relationship with a traditional larger firm. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to source quality talent at the other end of the market either. No job is too small (they created out email signatures) or too big (the created over 84 sku's for a priavte label project) **What problems is Dingus and Zazzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small $100MM foodservice comapny wihtout an internal marketing team. Rather than hire out multiple creatives (and deal with their quirkiness) we brought on D&Z. They are professional, buttoned up and extremely customer focused. Saloni and Jasmine are the day to day contacts and work fantastic with my team. The quality of the creative is exceptional and they meet their deliverable timelines (every time). They were open to using all the platforms/tools we requested and had no issues sharing source files. **What do you dislike about Dingus and Zazzy?** The design work was average. They seemed to rely heavily on templates. While the PMs were friendly and responsive, they lacked technical knowledge and I feel like there was a communication breakdown on more complex tasks. As someone who has worked directly with developers and designers for years, I feel like the D&Z project managers added a layer to the process and things were lost in translation. Either that or their devs were very junior resources. They messed up parts of the website and the turnaround time was painfully slow. **Recommendations to others considering Dingus and Zazzy:** If you're a small operation looking for basic web dev and graphic design services and aren't in a rush to get the deliverables, D&Z could be a great way to control your costs. Unfortunately, their service was for us. We had a WordPress multisite and I think their dev struggled with that. Also, be ready for the quirky D&Z personality to be rammed down your throat. It was fun reading their web copy, but getting memes, emojis, and overzealous punctuation on a daily basis was a little much. **What problems is Dingus and Zazzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm the marketing director and co-founder of a company that operates multiple e-commerce websites and online brands. We were going through a transition with our internal team and the idea of centralizing our marketing operations under D&Z for a flat monthly rate with unlimited requests really appealed to us. Our biggest hesitation going into the arrangement was that it sounded too good to be true. Unfortunately, we ended up canceling after month one. While the PMs were friendly, well-organized, and flexible, the service was slow and the work was mediocre. ### 7. Copywriters, web coders, designers but I do it through my very awesome account managers, I tell the account manager what I want and they are like an extension of my team. I don't know who does the work but they hand out the work and they also then review the work before I get to see it. So, no receiving errors and typos to wade through. I've got through a load of work in 6 months, a brand refresh, analysis of our website and efficiency, collateral updates, trade show designs, new letterheads and business cards, and i'm on with a new website and a new social media campaign which they will design and automate to go out. Can't complain. These guys deliver. **What do you dislike about Dingus and Zazzy?** I can't find a negative. I have an impressive portfolio of work they've already completed for us in the first 6 months. **Recommendations to others considering Dingus and Zazzy:** They have an innovative business model with a billing system that goes against the norm of marketing costing hundreds of dollars per hour by their offering of monthly retainers. Ultimately, they benefit the weeks we don't have anything to give them. We win, when we get 5 things in a week, but our marketing budget is sustained - I don't have nasty surprises like I did with my prior agencies where I'm billed $500 for them changing a name on a business card template, and Dingus has a steady income stream . I love the team, the model and their outputs. **What problems is Dingus and Zazzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were big enough to need marketing, but not tuned in to spending half a million dollars annually on it.
