The accessibility of the of the platform. Easier to do anaysis work while doing monitoring as well as reporting work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first it was hard to navigate the platform but after sometime it become better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No contact with Diligent team other than when its time to negotiate the next years annual billing. Dont know whats included support wise in my package (inherited product) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
