What do you like best about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

I especially like how Diligent One Platform helps to strengthen accountable work flows. The task assignments and reminders automatically assign the tasks and help keep the team ahead of it and on time. Additionally, the included risk library has templates and benchmarks, so the processes are in line with industry best practice and save time. These aspects allow for the ease in the way of having a structured risk management and compliance procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

Some issue we has encounter with Diligent One Platform is that its is highly dependent on internet connection. Data availability is always a concern when networks are unavailable or unstable since getting to material, data and information required for daily processes becomes a challenge. Further, the risk templates though effective do not necessarily cover certain specialties of specific industries that might require integrating policies from different templates so we end up having to engage extra time in the modification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond solving and how is that benefiting you?

The work of Diligent One Platform had been very helpful in raising risk awareness up and down our organization. We’ve also greatly reduced non compliance incidents because of its automated alerts and reminders to make sure no task gets missed. Finally, the data visualization tools have made us all better at identifying and prioritizing risks so that we can allocate resources better. This has become a proactive culture in the team, where we’re constantly looking to understand the risks and then managing them before they congeal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

The module-based application approach (Projects, Compliance Maps, Frameworks, Asset/Risk Manager, etc.) making it suitable for the different areas of risk management and compliance - it gives a good and clear segregation and overview based on the specific project needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

The relative limited level of configurability of some of the modules (specifically Projects and Risk/Asset Manager) by the user; Some modules (e.g. Risk/Asset Manager) can be developed further to include additional functionalities for easier and better user experience; Projects module which is the main and most frequently used one can be a bit more intuitive and user-friendly - some of the basic functionalities are either scattered in various sections of a project or buried deep and user needs to drill down through the different sections and menus of the project; A unified and easy-to-use reporting solution would be recommended, rather than the current state with 5 different reporting modules (Activity Center, Results, Storyboards, Reports, Issue Tracker) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing the various enterprise-level tasks, processes and projects in the risk management and compliance domain in a single place; linking between different tasks and interconnecting internal processes, for a better understanding and overview of the scope and purposes of various projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

My favorite thing about Diligent One Platform is that it can bring all governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities into one centralized location. It has an easy to use interface and helps you to manage your audits, risks and compliance tasks very easily. Data sharing can be done seamlessly by integration with Microsoft Excel and cloud storage. Our customizable dashboards and reporting features have greatly improved how we track all of our key metrics and performance across our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

Diligent One Platform’s steep learning curve is one of its downsides for the uninitiated. Though the platform is packed with power like risk assessment tools and custom reporting, it's not great for beginners to get started with. Users, most in particular the new ones, find the onboarding process too long. Also, the collaboration feature is more seamless in the real time perspective and you can also update it in real time mode, however sometimes due to multiple users typing on the same report, there is a delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond solving and how is that benefiting you?

The GRC processes are now greatly streamlined by Diligent One Platform. This helps us collect everything to risk, audit, and compliance into one place, all without the need for additional tools. Automation features save us time for activities like reminders and follow ups, which are recurrent. We consolidate everything, which has greatly improved our teams collaboration, accountability, and accuracy. We have appreciably improved our decision making and made our operations better. What do you like best about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

My favorite thing about Diligent One Platform is that it brings all of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) functions together, reducing the need to manage multiple systems to complete internal audits and conduct risk assessments. I do like how I’m able to customize the workflow and the way the data flows well with our document management system and ERP. This helps our process of reporting much simpler because the platform can pull data from different sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

The issue Diligent One Platform brings to the table is price, which can pose as a barrier if your business is small. The platform’s features are powerful, but if a company doesn’t need all those advanced features, the cost will probably be too high. The price can be a challenge for teams that are only looking to manage basic risk and compliance management and thus are a bit more expensive than what your teams may truly need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing everything in one system with Diligent One Platform has made digging around an easier, more straightforward and less time consuming process when managing risk and compliance tasks than ever before. Audits, risk assessments, and control tests now pass and happen faster and with greater accuracy as the platform is faster and it has automated report generation allowing team to spend more time on analysis. Real time audit progress tracking addresses any issues at real time and improving efficiency and reducing risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diligent One Platform, formerly HighBond?

The Diligent One Platform is an all in one platform that allows me to have a single pane of glass view of my organization's risk profile and audit and complaince status. The ability to automate audit tests of controls and create continuous monitoring over key risks has created significant gains in efficiency and allows me to know that I am auditing the right things at the right time. The agility of the plaform has also allowed me to seamlessly integrate the first and second line into our risk/complaince program, creating an end to end solution that provides value and insight across the organziation.

Diligent has also been an excellent partner in adopting new features and driving innovation. The support provided to my team has opened our mindset and collectively we have been able to create unique and abitious use cases for the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
