Everything is going well with Diligent. I love the modern look and feel of the application, its ease of use and the frequent updates. Apart from that, I have liked the way it distributes board and committee documents and provides information to board members in a very easy and secure way. I like how easy it is to create new workboard and copy and upload documents and even replace or delete them. I can also easily register certain documents within the workbook with just a few clicks. I liked the initial training and the reference materials were well detailed, which made it easier for new users to set up. I enjoy that Diligent Boards have an easy to use platform and one that offers high level security. Even though there are countless features in Diligent Boards, the first time users might be confused. One weakness that I found out about this onboarding process is that there is need for new users to undertake through various processes in order to acquire more information and hence a more elaborate onboarding process would be of benefit to any new user. I like the interface for making meeting plans and I have found some outstanding innovations throughout because I can go back and review previous meetings and it has been very good and excellent. I love that Diligent Boards does such a fantastic job of streamlining board meetings and board documents. The convenience of having all the required materials while making it easy to access and safely to store it means that you do not bother yourself with hard copies or documents pinned down various locations. I also really enjoy built in collaboration like comment tracking and version history. Working remotely, these tools help the teams stay aligned in an easy way. The downside to Diligent Boards is that occasionally larger files take longer to upload, interrupting the prep for the next meeting. While the platform is usually functional the delay at times can draw down on efficiency. On top of that, the platform doesn’t give you very much room for playing around with how the board materials are being presented. It is excellent and easy to search for board members and useful for creating directory books and organizing all board material and it is easy to use.
