The software has a lot of features but the learning curve for new users is quite steep. Potential initial adoption might slow down if this is not tech savvy language. Also, there need to be more robust functionalities in mobile app to cover all the functionalities of the desktop version for engaging in productivity on the go. I like account management and that I can store images and files, and it is intuitive, easy to use, and saves a lot of time.
