The software has a lot of features but the learning curve for new users is quite steep. Potential initial adoption might slow down if this is not tech savvy language. Also, there need to be more robust functionalities in mobile app to cover all the functionalities of the desktop version for engaging in productivity on the go. I like account management and that I can store images and files, and it is intuitive, easy to use, and saves a lot of time. I love that it is intuitive and that you no longer need tons of paper for board meetings. It is easy to use for the administrator and any board member. I appreciate that Diligent Boards makes our board meetings simpler and more organized. The ability to annotate and highlight documents during our discussions is helpful in the ability to have more productive discussions. Additionally, the security measures are top notch and help us sleep well regarding handling of any sensitive materials. However, there are adverse inconveniences such as slow synchronization of files from the Diligent Boards to the other device if one is on the move. I could only add that I also felt that in terms of the appearance of the dashboard, it could have been designed to be more personalised depending with the institutions requirements.
