**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

I like how Digistorm Funnel brings the whole enquiry-to-enrolment journey into one place — especially the automation and clear visibility of where each family is in the process. It saves time, reduces manual follow-ups, and makes it easier for teams to work together without things slipping through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

One downside is that some workflows can feel a bit rigid, especially when you want to customise stages or automate more complex, school-specific processes. There can also be a learning curve for new users, and certain actions take a few more clicks than expected, which can slow things down during busy periods.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digistorm Funnel solves the problem of managing enquiries, applications, and enrolments across multiple systems and spreadsheets. By centralising everything in one platform, it reduces duplication, missed follow-ups, and communication gaps between team members. The benefit for me is clearer visibility of each family’s journey, more timely and consistent communication, and significant time savings — which ultimately leads to a smoother experience for families and better enrolment outcomes.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Our rep, Paxton, is always very quick to get back to us and help us work out solutions.  I also like that we can set up different automations and forms for each of our schools to help us keeps leads organized and going to the correct people.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

We've had about 6 different recruiters come and go and each has had their own process for how they organize the data in Digistorm.  All the forms and automations and emails become a lot - I wish there was a way to bulk delete forms and such that are no longer in use without having to go into each individual one to unpublish/delete.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It' a great way to keep our leads organized and making sure that our recruiting teams have the data they need to move people through the stages of enrollment.  It helps us keep leads from falling through the cracks and not getting the contact that they need.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Digistorm is truly an amazing system that has revolutionized our school's administrative processes. Its seamless automations have made managing tasks a breeze, significantly reducing the workload for our staff. The events check-in app has proven invaluable when we have large gatherings, ensuring smooth and efficient registration. Moreover, the payment tab, linked to Stripepay via API, has streamlined our financial operations, eliminating the need to constantly bother the finance department for bank statement checks. The system's ease of API integration is a standout feature, making it adaptable to our unique needs. Without a doubt, Digistorm is a must-have for any school, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

For me this would be that we cannot use the check-in app for bookings and only for events. We have a big organisation of 22 sites and we do not have great reports as an organisational level and we need to go into each account. But apart from that, i love the sytem!

Follow ups are done by automation, which is amazing! the automation answers every lead, which lets our school admins focus on that personal touch during interviews and other tasks.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

We are not an education provider but could see how this product could be adapted to suit our needs. While I needed an event management tool and CRM, It was also essential that I could create customer journeys and can fully automate communications with our customers. While we rely on every aspect of Funnel to run our business, customer journey automation has saved us 25% of our time each week. Giving us more time to innovate and get creative.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

It doesn't connect with the app. This is irrelevant for educators, but we have pushed Funnel to new limits for our business.  If/ when they can combine the two, It will be a game changer for our business.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every problem. We are not a school, so we use Funnel to run one of the biggest arms of our business. Funnel solves customer management issues, time management, and communication automation means we don't drop the ball on any communications and are constantly in touch with our customers.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

We are a fast-growing unique Sports College which has traditionally struggled to find a system that can efficiently individualise the application and enrolment process for all our enquiring families.  Digistorm Funnel has successfully assisted us with all the aspects of enquiry/prospectus/tours/applications/trials/interviews/offers & acceptance.  Their support staff (thank you, Thayla) have been genuinely interested in how we want to operate and have made suggestions and acted on them all within the same day.  We are getting more enquiries than ever, but it strangely feels like we don’t have the bombardment of hundreds of calls and emails and all the answers are only seconds away. The pipeline stages, the dynamic lead lists and the ease of communication with families are big sellers.  The feeling of being comfortably in control of hundreds of enquiring families certainly gives peace of mind.

Just working on some exporting additions, but not really DF's fault.  Haven't found anything else yet.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digistorm Funnel is now looking after the whole enquiry/application/enrolment process, whereas previously, we had several different programs to assist.  Our staff feel more in control and we are delivering a much more professional experience for the customer.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Using Funnel has enabled us to grow our enrolments significantly over the past 2 years. Yes, it has helped improve internal processes and collaboration between the marketing and admissions teams but mostly it has helped improve the experience of our customers. What I like about Funnel is that success is in your control with the flexibility to make the program work you.  I have found the support from the Digistorm team to be exceptional and that hey are very open to suggestions and product improvements.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

From a user point of view there are a few areas that are clunky and there are some features that can be improved. But overall it is the most powerful and relevant tool I have worked with for schools and to help manage the admissions journey.

Enrolment stagnation. Movement away from paper based records. Improved customer experience. Collaboration between marketing and admissions. Funnel has assisted us in all of the above.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

We love the Customer Service DF provides to us and allows us to provide our prospective familes! Digistorm Funnel has allowed our small admissions dept to optimize our limited time resources and manage inquiring families with greater ease.  We can provide more touch-points than we would otherwise, resulting in better customer service.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

Getting started seemed daunting; it seemed overwhelming to transition to a new system and then learn all it could do. However, the Team at Digistorm truly helped us every step of the way and made it all much more bearable. We have no dislikes so far!

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing many leads with a very small admissions team.  Funnel has allowed us to stay in constant communication with leads from inquiry through the application.  Through the pandemic, as our admissions process had to adapt, we were able to customize Funnel as often as needed.

Funnel has allowed us to smoothly make the transition from a manual enrolments system to accepting electronic enrolments with ease. It has not only created a smoother, more user-friendly experience for our prospective parents but it has streamlined the enrolments process for our team.

The Funnel team have been extremely helpful but at times, we have challenges with their workload meaning we couldn't book training sessions in a timely manner. The support requests also take a bit of time which isn't ideal.

Streamlines the enrolments process. Allows us to see our stats in one snapshot that we we were struggling across platforms previously. Creates a central location for the enrolments team to capture information.

The system overall will save our team time and money. It's user-friendly and I like how we can still custom things to what we need. It will help our team work more efficiently so we are looking forward to using it.

Getting it to integrate with our current systems - however, that's not a digstorm issue alone. We've had a few teething issues with synergetic and our website but that is all getting sorted.

Digistorm has streamlined our admissions process, allowed us to do away with dozens of spreadsheets and connected our event registration to our database. Plus the support is absolutely unbelievable. Our account reps have been available to help us at all times and have solved all of our problems or shared them with the dev. team.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

The email module needs to be updated. I believe this is in process, but it currently has some basic functionality missing that is available on all other email platforms.

Before using Digistorm, we had to maintain so many Excel sheets to maintain contact lists, track events, conversions, etc. Now it's all in one place, updated in real-time and available for reporting at any time.

The customer service is out of this world. The whole setup process has been so smooth. Digistorm are extremely responsive and make the onboarding process so easy to get your head around. Once the basics are established, they have granted me a Customer Support manager who has been so amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. All of this on top of a system that has completely transformed my daily processes, making my job so much easier. The parent experience has been vastly improved.

Once you have used it for a while, Funnel is an easy package to keep information regarding future enrolments. It allows us to sort them quickly for several staff to access simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

We would love it if Funnal allowed us to download a report linking siblings together. We need to do this manually, which now takes longer than previously.

No more lost paper enrolment forms. No time is saved, enrolments are neater, and data is more accurate. Moving enrolments from year to year is easy as they progress on waitlists. Funnel is perfect for creating waitlists.

Funnel has allowed us to streamline our whole enrolment process. We have confidence that we are keeping our prospective families engaged with the ability to touch base with them at regular intervals along their enrolment journey.

The information provided by parents regarding enrolments can be dissected, exported and  is hugely beneficial when looking at strategic school planning. It is excellent that it is adaptable to the needs of an individual school- particularly the Enrolment Application.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

The data tells a great enrolment story at a glance- but I would really like applications in the Leads List to turn red ( or something similar ) once you have opened them. Maybe bold to not bold font.

Having data for enroling students available at any time. Being able to send bulk messages to families about events and updates is a timesaver.
In addition, having the data imported into our software system is a timesaver and makes for less error in data entry.

Having a great customer success manager, who is on hand to assist in training and provide support so we can build our confidence in using this product. The future is exciting as we learn more of the capabilities that Digistorm has to offer. The customer journey is something we are looking forward to really developing, with help of our customer success manager.

The setting up of signature, I still haven't been able to do it.  Also I would like event notifications when the event is nearly at capacity or full.

The changes to the events has been of great benefit, showing the capacity and if event is on full - in the customer eyes via website.

Easy to navigate. Very straightforward and cater perfectly to the needs of a school
The team is responsive and fixes bugs fast.

So far, we haven't found any downsides. We are only using the CRM part of the software

Our school didn't have any CRM, so all the leads were inputted into an Excel form. There wasn't any follow-up on leads, no automation, and no newsletters. 
Digistorm Funnel helped me implement all of that

Digistorm Funnel is a robust program that allows us to track an inquiry through to enrolment. It provides a central source of information for marketing and admissions staff to monitor enrolment activity. The Enrolment Pipeline is particularly useful as it allows me to monitor conversation rates at each stage of enrolment. Additionally, Digistorm training and support is second to none!

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

Not a thing. Not a thing. Not a thing. Not a thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Digistorm Funnel:**

I cannot recommend Digistorm Funnel highly enough for those looking for a school-based CRM. It is beneficial if integrated with your SIS, so I would investigate this possibility before committing.

The ability to monitor and track inquiries through to enrolment. Plus, we have connected Digistorm to our SIS via an API, so this eliminates double-entry of information.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

The Funnel user interface is clean and intuitive making the product easy to use from Day 1. The benefit of Funnel is that it encourages schools to consider the broader prospective family experience.  The decision to enrol your child in a school is a big one, and Funnel underpins that customer journey with a tool that enables Admissions teams to support families through that entire journey. 

As a School, we are utilising data that we previously weren't and we understand the touchpoints a prospective family has had with us, sometimes over many years. 

For Admissions team leaders, the ability to assign tasks to your team and track your conversion rates is invaluable. The suite is available reports also provides excellent insight and assists in informed decision making. 

The flexibility within the system is strong, as is the support offered from Digistorm.

Overall, the product is excellent. There are some customisation elements that we have requested and Digistorm has triaged these and added them to their development roadmap.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

We love Funnel as it streamlines our entire enrolment journey.
Having data in digital format from the initial enquiry means that sharing and collaborating amongst our team is incredibly simple. Funnel also ensures that none of our leads are missed, and we can effectively nurture them from enquiry through to confirmed enrolment. Having complete and current data also means reporting is really straightforward.
Our families love having a digital enquiry and enrolment process as it means they can take action at any time from anywhere so the process can fit with their lifestyle.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

For us, there isn't really anything not to like.
While there are some things that we would like to see tweaked or added, the Digistorm team are very open and responsive to feedback.
We've been working with Digistorm since 2012 and they are continually working on adding and improving their products.

Digistorm offers a full suite of software products specifically for education with top-rate customer service at competitive prices.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have all but eliminated paper forms since using Funnel.
We can have multiple staff working on the enrolment process concurrently, with records being updated live.
Keeping track of interactions with leads is no longer using Post-Its and scribbled notes. Everything is tracked and attached to the lead so that you can see everything at a glance.
Managing and assigning tasks to staff is really easy and can be viewed and tracked online with all actions linked to leads.
Funnel has allowed us to spend less time managing paperwork and more time engaging with our leads. Personal interaction with families is key, and Funnel provides us with a platform to do this more effectively.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

We use Funnel since 2019. After researching for a school CRM software we were impressed with the program and all its features. It is very intuitive, visually pleasing and enjoyable to work with. 

The funnel staff has always been friendly and approachable and welcomes feedback as well as having an open ear for special requests. The segmentation into different pipeline stages and the use of dynamic lists make it incredibly easy to stay on top of all leads and filter for specific target groups one wants to work on. Seeing the progression from one stage to the other is super exciting and motivating. 

It is a breeze to make notes and set reminders, share tasks with colleagues, send emails to individual leads (or groups) and see their click rate. Everything that is related to a lead can be viewed in the Activities trail of each lead. The Report tool is very helpful to get a feel on the overall performance and see if we are on track. The Events tool connected to our website it is easy to keep track of which leads register for events and also attend events so we can tailor the follow-up individually. 

Overall I feel Funnel is a well-thought program to help schools reaching their full potential. Although it is a School CRM software one can add a personal touch by just spending a little time with individual leads and keeping track of the personal story they share with you. I feel this is especially important for primary schools to build a personal relationship with the parents. 

Furthermore, I’m very impressed with their continuous improvements and learning opportunities via webinars, virtual meetings, or meet-ups in person. Recently they have added the Automations tool which looks amazing, but I didn’t have a chance to implement it, yet. Hopefully, I will get to it very soon.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

Unfortunately, Funnel cannot be connected to our school system for easy transfer of information (which I can’t blame Funnel for). Otherwise, it would be very beneficial to be able to pin important information to the top so they don’t get lost in the Activities trail. But this is a minor issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Digistorm Funnel:**

Just give the demo a try! They are great to work with.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

As consultants, we've compared a number of school-specific CRM, as well as some more generic solutions, with a view to tailoring something more mainstream to client needs. Digistorm only work with schools, so our experience is their Funnel product is extremely well shaped to the typically needs of a Primary, High School or combined institution, which makes relatively fast implementations much easier. The product is quite richly featured, so there are many ways to maximise benefit. It's exceptionally well priced, with strong pre and post sales support helping add to the value equation.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

There's nothing to dislike, per se. The advice we would give those considering Digistorm Funnel would be to remember it is deliberately designed to achieve a very reachable and reasonable price point. It's also designed to be far easier to use that some larger products, which is a huge benefit to the typical user. What that does mean is, from time to time, the product won't have the capability, or customisation you may like, to do something more particular. That said, 80% of the time (if not more), it hits the need or a work around can be quite easily achieved, so in most cases we expect this is a more than reasonable trade off. Our experience is the pre and post sales support, with regular product updates, also help mitigate the likelihood of challenges in this space.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first objective is to drive more applications - or at the very least, enquiries - to the school. The second issue is converting a higher number of those leads into paying students. Underneath those primary goals, improving the family (parent, carer, student) application and enrolment experience, providing greater visibility top, middle and bottom of funnel (to create marketing tactics that boost performance), efficiency for internal team members and improved reporting, for departments and through to executives/school councils, are other critical goals.

ROI wise, our experience is the increase in applications can be enough to justify the investment within Year One, if well implemented and used. When you then add in the other benefits, this becomes a relatively easy business case to justify, and rapidly!

We have been using Funnel and Enrol now for just over 12 months.  The improvement it has made to our workflow with inquiries and enrolments is indescribable.  The system is easy to use. There are many great features like creating reports, follow-up tasks, reminders, automations, communications, integrations to school database etc.

Very impressed that Digistorm continues to improve the software, give personal time for training and regular professional development sessions.

I've worked in schools marketing now for over 16 years and have always wanted a tool as good as Funnel and enrol.  I wouldn't look back. It is an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

It would be nice to be able to change minor typos etc, on the enrolment form; however, request changes to happen reasonably quickly. The team is always willing to assist and get changes made, which is appreciated.

Funnel assists us with streamlining the enrolment process from inquiry right through to securing an enrolment.  It is a fantastic tool to have in our school's marketing and sales department.

There's lots of things to like about Funnel. 

The product is top-notch, featuring a sleek design, loads of features, and all very user friendly (on both the school and family facing sides). It has all the features of the bigger admissions CRMs without being overly complex or unwieldy. It's actually a joy for me to log on to Funnel each day and monitor lead progress, dash out a quick email, add to my tasks list and record notes in lead files. 

The customer / client service is beyond anything you will experience with any other CRM platform. The whole team, starting with Jamie (US Sales Manager) is professional, ultra-responsive...and just downright fun to work with! Jamie is brilliant in his role - every issue or request is responded to nearly immediately. I've been with Funnel for a year and already Jamie and I have worked together to introduce several new features to the product, based on my needs and requests. You'll never get that level of partnership and customization with the bigger CRMs. And any fix that cannot be implemented right away by the development team, Jamie finds a way to solve himself. He's basically the MacGyver of client support! He once taught himself how to build macros in order to accommodate a specific export request I had. Jamie and his team are 100% top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

This is a smaller, more bespoke CRM, so doesn't have quite as many bells & whistles as the bigger guys in the CRM world. But the payoff is that it is simple and straightforward to use.

Funnel gives us a way to manage all of our leads relationships in one centralized place. No more collating numerous Excel spreadsheets in order to track things. Funnel allows us to track key indicators, compare stats year-to-year, manage relationships, and create events with ease.

Tracking leads' journey and integration.
Love dynamic lists which keep updating and throw the latest information whenever I need this. 
Having templates to use at all times to communicate with families in different case scenarios. 
Bulk editing is a beautiful little buttom which has the power to save a lot of time!

Reporting could be more user-friendly and predictabe. 
Being able to edit basic parts of forms would be a real advantage. We could have fields that can't be changed but other that are editable. 
Not being able to have autmated messages ready to go for events is a bit annoying but this is coming soon so I am excited!

We keep communication and progress of each lead. Sharing information between users, creating and assigning tasks and adding notes is a huge time-saver.
Communication and documentation are all kept in one place. Easy to jump in, read the latest activity and connect. It helps you become more customer-focused and provide a personalized approach.
Its communication module is excellent and a easy to use.
I keep track and manage all events and follow up the movement of the leads through the reporting system.
Dynamic lists are a great feature that help with organization, future planning, reporting.

Our College has 3 campuses, so having 1 system to manage all future parent enquiries is super important. We really like the KANBAN board to easily identify which stages of the enrolment journey our parents are in. The ability to manage tours, track interactions (or lack of) and receive online applications is fantastic. We also like the fact that Digistorm is based locally, and they are constantly rolling new updates to their products.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

There are certain elements of Funnel (form creation, database fields) which can only be edited or changed by the Funnel Support team. Having said that, the support team turn are very helpful and support requests are actioned within 1-2 business days.

**Recommendations to others considering Digistorm Funnel:**

Book a product demo and check out a top performing product in this space.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parents were forgetting to attach documents or fill in certain sections of our paper based application form. Having moved to an online form, we have now set all these fields as required and are no longer chasing parents for these missing bits of data. We also use the Funnel App to check parents in when they attend campus tours. This allows us to schedule follow up communications quickly. Thanks to the reporting in Funnel we can monitor our intake and waitlist numbers, our Marketing campaigns are then structured around how these are tracking.

There is very little I dislike. It's a fantastic product.

Finally a system that tracks a lead from enquiry to enrolment without over complicating the process. 

The segmenting and targeting of leads was a huge problem for us, but Funnel allows us to do that with ease - while tracking that activity against the lead.

Enrolment stages easily identified, segmented and reported. Customer service is amazing. Cohesion between marketing and enrolment departments is great. Emailing (templates) timesaver. Exporting to our student database is amazing.

The enrolment form paper copy is a little 'clunky' but that's being pretty picky. Nothing else is disliked.

Saving time and being more productive have been key. Easy tracking of leads and reduction in spreadsheet data inputting is beneficial.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Digistorm Funnel is by far the best CRM on the market, no matter the type/size of a school. I did extensive research to find the most effective, professional, stellar quality and affordable software-nothing came close to Digistorm Funnel! They offer top-notch customer service that has been pivotal for us as we are incorporating Funnel into our school system. Jamie has been key in making this an easy transition. His diverse knowledge is amazing and crucial when adapting the software, integrating our website and all around ROI to improve our enrollment. I highly recommend Digistorm Funnel if you're looking for quality service and exceptional software at a great price.

Not anything to say here besides the time zone was initially a timing issue but now that they are based in US it's no problem.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Funnel is a key part of the day in my role as Director of Marketing and Enrolments. I am able to review the number of leads that have been generated via various pipelines. It's an exceptional tool for teams to communicate with each other about specific enrolments. As a marketer, I love the functionality that allows me to communicate with the right segments when I need to.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

There is a little kink at the moment that I need to bring up with Digistorm. The beauty of working with them is that they are very open to feedback and always find a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Digistorm Funnel:**

Like any CRM, the product is only as good as the effort you put into it. If there are members of your team who won't embrace change, Funnel won't be able to perform to its potential. However, if you have team members who embrace technology and change, then it will definitely enhance your outcomes.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digistorm Funnel has enhanced our enrolment process significantly. Our communication to leads has been dramatically improved and we are better able to predict future enrolments using the reporting functions.

Digistorm is an excellent platform and to my knowledge is the best Schools CRM software available in Australia. The support services are unparalleled, uX is great and it is as though Digistorm thinks of everything a schools marketer, registrar or educator might expect.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

There is nothing I dislike about the platform.

Easy comms, event management, analysis. Biggest benefit is the ease of navigating through prospective students, and the time the platform saves.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

The ease of functionality. We can access our data almost immediately and drill down to target specific Year groups and entry years with a very smart-looking email. Extremely high level of customer service with replies almost immediately. Funnel and Enrol have made our lives so much easier and allowed us to engage with our potential families in a more direct way.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

Some actions need to be entered both in Funnel and our database once the application is imported, however, this is such a minor problem and the benefits far outweigh the small amount of time taken to do this.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Funnel and Enrol for two years now and don't know how we managed without it. We are still learning wonderful new things to do and love the fact that Digistorm listen to us when we make suggestions and always try to accommodate our needs. They seem to be constantly looking at ways to improve the software and send us updates as soon as they are released. With the large amount of reports available, we can provide our Council with up-to-date figures at any given time.

**What do you like best about Digistorm Funnel?**

Digistorm Funnel is easy to use and provides an excellent dashboard view to help track and manage our enquiry through to enrolment leads. We also use Funnel to manage our event registrations, with the ability to export these to Excel spreadsheet if desired.

**What do you dislike about Digistorm Funnel?**

Only the integration options with TASSweb, but this is being developed as we speak.

Understand what you are going to use it for and the integrations required.

**What problems is Digistorm Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digistorm Funnel is continuing to develop the integration with TASSweb which will help improve the export process via the API.
The benefit in being able to track leads from enquiry through to enrolment is excellent. Multiple login with easy viewing makes this a breeze.
