We've had about 6 different recruiters come and go and each has had their own process for how they organize the data in Digistorm. All the forms and automations and emails become a lot - I wish there was a way to bulk delete forms and such that are no longer in use without having to go into each individual one to unpublish/delete. Digistorm is truly an amazing system that has revolutionized our school's administrative processes. Its seamless automations have made managing tasks a breeze, significantly reducing the workload for our staff. The events check-in app has proven invaluable when we have large gatherings, ensuring smooth and efficient registration. Moreover, the payment tab, linked to Stripepay via API, has streamlined our financial operations, eliminating the need to constantly bother the finance department for bank statement checks. For me this would be that we cannot use the check-in app for bookings and only for events. We have a big organisation of 22 sites and we do not have great reports as an organisational level and we need to go into each account. But apart from that, i love the sytem! We are not an education provider but could see how this product could be adapted to suit our needs. While I needed an event management tool and CRM, It was also essential that I could create customer journeys and can fully automate communications with our customers. While we rely on every aspect of Funnel to run our business, customer journey automation has saved us 25% of our time each week. Giving us more time to innovate and get creative. We are a fast-growing unique Sports College which has traditionally struggled to find a system that can efficiently individualise the application and enrolment process for all our enquiring families. Digistorm Funnel has successfully assisted us with all the aspects of enquiry/prospectus/tours/applications/trials/interviews/offers & acceptance. Their support staff (thank you, Thayla) have been genuinely interested in how we want to operate and have made suggestions and acted on them all within the same day. We are getting more enquiries than ever, but it strangely feels like we don’t have the bombardment of hundreds of calls and emails and all the answers are only seconds away. The pipeline stages, the dynamic lead lists and the ease of communication with families are big sellers. Using Funnel has enabled us to grow our enrolments significantly over the past 2 years. Yes, it has helped improve internal processes and collaboration between the marketing and admissions teams but mostly it has helped improve the experience of our customers. What I like about Funnel is that success is in your control with the flexibility to make the program work you. We love the Customer Service DF provides to us and allows us to provide our prospective familes! Digistorm Funnel has allowed our small admissions dept to optimize our limited time resources and manage inquiring families with greater ease. Digistorm has streamlined our admissions process, allowed us to do away with dozens of spreadsheets and connected our event registration to our database. Plus the support is absolutely unbelievable.
