What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I like that we cn message and also call out and all the information for the customer is set up under one tab. Great way to look and even search information. Compared to other where the text and cal information is in different locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I would like the call centers to search by letter. We have many call centers so scrolling through it make it tricky for us to make sure we are selecting the correct one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use one datbase for mutiple cities and also have each customer set up under one tab. So texting and sending agreements is easy to locate. We are able to easily nagaviate no matter how many reps we have in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

when it works, calls move smoothly and efficiently. AI doesn't do a great job of transcribing, but then, at this point, what AI does? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

The desk app, and ESPECIALLY the phone app, radomly will - with no input from anybody - move online folks to offline. PHone does this all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it helps with managing my team of Customer Concern calls. And the dispositions in order to come back and review data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I wish the language/transcripts could tell the difference between Spanish and English Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to have great transcripts, and use that to minimize the time that my team needs in order to find a certain area of say a 15 min call. With keywords and such this time can be significantly mitigated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it has caller ID, I love that you can set a certain wrap up time, in 15 sec increments. I love that I can go back to see my previous calls and there are reports that you can see if you are interested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

When I'm on a call, I'm terrible about taking notes. I take them, but reading and understanding what I wrote was a challenge. Te transcriptions completely solved that for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Dialpad is an awesome system to handle our work calls communications i dont think anyone can think of a replacement to this amazing APP im really happy with it because its ( Fast - Easy to use - nice layout ) its a very fast and easy to use APP its everything you could wish for in your work . I like that it offers suggestions during the call and a transcript afterwards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

Sometimes connections are bad, we can't hear callers, though they can hear us or vice versa. Calls get dropped or dissapear for no reason occasionally. It also doesn't update immediately, sometimes more than one agent can be on the same contact and not know it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
