My favorite thing about Dialpa is the ability to live listen to calls, listen to previous calls, and have a transcript provided to follow along with.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

I wish the calls would ring for longer and would be routed to you once you have finished selecting the disposition for your previous call.

It is helping us hold those accountable for issues regarding orders or miscommunication.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

Extremely simple to set up and use. Automates 90% of the work. The scheduling saved me 5+ hours per week and my team was much happier with their shifts and schedules.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Nothing - we tried a lot of WFMs and thought Surfboard had the easiest to use interface that managers and agents could use.

Saved a lot of time, work more evenly distributed across the team, improvement in our backlog management

I love how easy the UI is to navigate. It makes it simple and clear when editing a peer's schedule what I'm doing and what those actions are leading to.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Very little! Surfboard is constantly evolving and taking on feedback so whatever quirks might be negative one week, are most likely fixed or replaced shortly after.

Helps our team understand what to do when and helps the wider team manage it based on coverage.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

I can communicate through different lines and channels (phone, text, direct message), have meetings and coaching sessions, and create group chats with other departments. It's an excellent platform for call centers. The AI also transcribes the calls instantly, offering real-time input, and you can access the recordings afterward. Not to mention the platform itself is super well designed, with constant updates.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

I want to be able to choose the notification sounds besides the ringtone. The meetings function doesn't work well on my computer. It would be good if I could set the order of my Favorites; currently it's sorted by alphabetical order.

I can communicate with everyone internally and externally in one channel. I can also access all the records and track the interactions.

It's really easy and pleasant to use. I like the design and style of the interface. Great support.

There's no min. time limit for activities

We didn't have a schedule before Surfboard so Surfboard is helping us determine what our actual "staffing" needs are. It is helping us nail down our internal SLAs as well in a more concrete way so the team can be better coordinated on our shared workload.

I really like the Coaching Groups/Virtual Intelligence tools that make it so easy to train/onboard/help employees get better on each of their calls.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

It is hard to integrated to homegrown CRMs so we can't take advantage of everything it offers.  If you use a out of the box crm you wont have these issues.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can work literally from everywhere and anywhere which has not only obviously helped over the last year, but, before that when our teams travelled, they couldnt work as efficiently (nor from their own phone number)

I like that dialpad allows me to do my job from anywhere with a solid internet connection.  Wifi even, it's great!

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

I find it to be rather frustrating that whenever I have a missed call, I have to reset the whole system(My computer and all) to get it to stop beeping over the line.

It's helping our team utilize optimal members that don't always have the opportunity to be in office.  Some of our team members work 100% remotely which is invaluable to our operation.

Ease of operation. Contacts are readily available and organized. Audio is clear and the text option is exceptional! Not sure how many software products are out there, but this one is second to none!

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Occasionally, the calls sound muffles or kind of crackling, but from I can tell, it seems like those issues mainly have something to do with the caller's connection of their end.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't currently have any issues that need to be resolved, but the updates are important and please continue those, as they are needed to maintain productivity.

The call transcripts are wonderful, esp if you have to make notes on accts, you can go back and read what all was said.

I can't say that I really have any downsides to DialPad. Ive worked with several different programs in call centers and DialPad is by far the best one yet!

Very easy to use compared to other solutions, we learnt things about our inflow we couldn't have otherwise and had a super easy onboarding, we were up and running in no time.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

Everything is very streamlined and very easy to find. I don't have to go searching for anything. I can clearly see call histories and texts without losing anything from previous interactions.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Sometimes Dialpad behaves a little glitchy. I'll go to make a call, and it'll say that I'm already on a call or something like that, so I have to restart the program or clear my cache, and it usually fixes itself.
Edit: in the months since I posted the original review, DP has had significantly less issues with connection!

Dialpad is great about addressing issues as they arise and fixing them promptly so we can have many more smooth working days

The interface is simple and easy to manuver. For the most part calls come through clear.

Constatnly freezzing up. Not giving any wrap up time or letting calls come through when you are on off duty. Not giving enough time to answer a call before passing the call to someone else. Literally happened as I was typing this. Being booted off a call while already dialing out becuase another call is coming in.

the most helpful thing about this program is that you are able to call and text clients. it provides an iption to send pictures and makes it easy for you and your client.

the least helpful thing about the program is the email notifications there should be an option to get them turned off if wanted. It is helpful at times but also created spam

We moved from Talkdesk to Dialpad. Dialpad is more intuitive and supportive especially for the Customer Support team to view and create reports in real time. 
Creation of reports, viewing the list of available agents. Dashboard Customizations.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Nothing so far. Everything is so perfect to use and all the things are just in place for you to use it. Especially the Dashboard reports and the download of realtime data in it. I didn't find any flaws or issues with the Dialpad.

Usage of the application is very easy and anyone can be trained quickly on this. One more thing is, this is accessible on any device be it phone, desktop, laptop, windows, linux, mac etcetera. All in all a wonderful product.

I love that I can see a transcript during the conversation and go back and view it as well. It helps a ton epsecially with customers that have an accent.

I haven't come across anything that I dislike yet.

It occasionally makes me unavailable for calls with no warning and sometimes that isn't good. The recent interface change doesn't look as good either.

I like the ability to save contacts and mark messages as unread, but sometimes it is slow to load

just the occaisional slow to load and the launch button is hard for new users to find - I feel it should be at the top somewhere

It has a great user interface, and works very well with hubspot barring a few minor things.

My only inconvenience with Dialpad in my job is the inability to use a dialpad extension through hubspot to call and log in the same program.

As a contact center, an essential part for our members is access to information,  guidelines, analytics, scripts and rebuttals, the ability to have all those tools in seconds, accurately, and improved, that's something that can't be replaced

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

As an AI tool, the setup has a learning curve for the tools, and the data need to be constantly updated for the best ratios and results. I would love to see improvement in the machine learning algorithms for easier detection of trigger words

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

I like that you can review recorded calls  and see a transcript of them; it helps a lot with my job. I also really like the ease of use when accepting and transferring calls between others in my organization.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Dialpad has a harder time keeping up when there are a lot of users, and can load very slowly at times, which can be tedious. It also has more limited 'statuses' than what I am used to, offering mainly basic ones like 'Break', 'Meeting', etc.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's increased accountability and quality assurance for calls made in the business and provides a detailed breakdown of what went on in a call. also, while slower, Dialpad is much mor e reliable with keeping you connected, and I have had very few technical issues with the system than what we used before.

I like teh search options in DP. I have to reference my convos on a daily basis, and teh function is great.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Not a lot to say negatively, but sometimes teh phone does not ring, and then shows a missed call.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of employees, so to have one platform for telecommunications is key.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

I like that I can monitor calls with ease and the AI assistant makes pinpointing follow up topics such as empathy statements or unsure. I have even advised my agents to keep the AI active during calls because it gives live friendly reminders to slow down and thinks like that so they can improve actively throughout the calls.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Sometimes the export feature is a bit wonky. It seems like I have to pull several reports to get metrics rather than being able to see all metrics for one agent to review all areas including availability over the week and daily stats.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes not all the relevant call records transmit over to salesforce. I can see the agent spoke with the customer through their Dialpad inside Salesforce; however, the record log will not show in Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

Very easy to use. The app is simple to use and tracking of calls and stats is a plus. I love the fact that you an see what your place in line is on the call queue is so you always know when your about to receive a call.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

The calls drop, the calls ring and the answer button will not answer. I do not believe that DP has a tech department to reach though, we have to reach out to our contracted tech company to fix issues we have with Dp.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was told with the dropped calls and the answer button not working when clicked prompted DP to correct the issue. I have had less dropped calls than before, so this is a plus

I can find any customer/client I need with different ways of searching, it is very easy to modify or add notes to contacts. And dialpad also offers in depth analysis of calls.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

I dont like having to do dispositions after each and every call, it adds an extra step to an already tedious data entry job.

Dialpad Ai Contact center helps us contact people all across the nation easily with just a simple search. It helps me be more productive and I can even track analytics of my calls.

I like how everything is displayed on the left side with numbers of messages or calls depending on territories. Calling and texting is pretty easy.

Sometimes when there are new updates it can be messy to work with since sometimes it doesnt have the correct information.

The AI is not correct in our speech during calls.  This can affect a representative status and create additional work for management by having to listen to the calls.

Great application when working. Has a friendly interface, calls are clear, and it is easy to work in the application since I work daily with the program.

The application freezes, and sometimes it takes ages to paste a new number into the call square. Also sometimes dialing new number takes few minutes.

I love how easy it is to see a full picture of calls for the day. Navigating and setting up the system was also super simple.

I don't like that I can't drill down call volume by hours open. Its easy math to figure out but that would be helpful as a feature.

As an admin, DialPad is very intuitive and easy to configure. The interface is user-friendly and the service is reliable. It also integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Dialpad's reporting has room for improvement, there are few customization options and most times you need to export the data to gain additional insight which makes the process of long and cumbersome, however there's a lot of valuable data in there.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several contact centers in our organization and Dialpad provides the leadership team with a one-stop platform to measure performance across the board. It also makes is easier for us to support a remote work model with our teams.

The most helpful part is when I am on a call and I see it pop up it helps me remeber things to say to a customer!

The least favorite thing is that the pop up in in the way when i am on the phone, I wish it was in a different spot!
