I love the tools that you can set up to ensure you are monitoring project success. Incoming come volume, missed calls, outgoing calls, call length, Dailpad also allows employees to reveiw thier call conversations and makes suggestions on how to improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consistent small bugs/issues/glitches/slowdowns but typically not "real isues". Stupid issues that something like exiting and re-opening the app helps or maybe it's just "a bad day" in the dialpad network. At the end of the day though these issues are never deal breakers and we're still able to place and make calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't stress this enough, this software is very user friendly and I would strongly recommend it to any organization.
