What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I love the tools that you can set up to ensure you are monitoring project success. Incoming come volume, missed calls, outgoing calls, call length, Dailpad also allows employees to reveiw thier call conversations and makes suggestions on how to improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be alot of data and need to be comfortable navigating the systems knowing what you are looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work on large recruitment projects that require alot of outgoing calls and the monitoring of the communication. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Dialpad has been an extremely helpful tool for me and my colleagues. It is efficient to text and call leads and makes for a more personable experience. Also, it is integrated into Salesforce :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can use in any platform, read the transcript to get information, and get real-time suggestions on how to direct the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I had sometimes issues with the headphones I was using to answer the call. It was a bit complicated to set up the one I wanted to use if it was different from a headphone I used to listen to music for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The best part about Dialpad Contact Center is the CRM integration. We also really love the dashboard - all the metrics are very valuable to our organization. The customer service is also a really bug plus for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

Consistent small bugs/issues/glitches/slowdowns but typically not "real isues". Stupid issues that something like exiting and re-opening the app helps or maybe it's just "a bad day" in the dialpad network. At the end of the day though these issues are never deal breakers and we're still able to place and make calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't stress this enough, this software is very user friendly and I would strongly recommend it to any organization.
