DP gives me a headache daily. I dont like anything about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when I attempt to go to unavailable status it doesn't and I run into potentially missing a call and could get written up for that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't rely a lot on the Customer Service team, apart from the CSMs the regular CS Employees aren't helpful and mostly lack critical information, and don't spend much time to appropriately investigate your issues.

However the system is easy to manage, and almost has all the features you'd need for a Small/Medium business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Its very easy to use. Makes it easy to communicate with coworkers in different locations. I like that I can go back over the transcript of a call or listen to the recording of a certain call to help me be more accurate with my clients needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

The transcript interprets words incorrectly. Sometime it shows me as missed call but never rang in my headphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
