What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The ability to take calls from anywhere via WiFi or mobile data, at all times of the day but setting working hours. The AI is very accurate and it makes it way easier to catch up on voicemails. Call quality is pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can answer the phone at work, or at home. Right from my computer. No more old days of having to use a phone. And the calls are recorded! I would highly recommend Dialpad for any busy office. Recorded calls.

I can take calls from home or at work now.

The voice messages are typed out as well, so I can read the message left, not having to listen to them all. And this is for all of our CSR's. Total control over the calll center and we are all working from home Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

They have a very quick response time and will contact you if you need more help. If you still need assistance then the team responds quick and will still assist if you need help with your the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that they would call instead of emailing automatically to figure out the issue. I am not computer savy so the instructions were a bit foreign to me to understand. Other than that it was a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I like the idea of what DP can offer. It could be a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

Daily issues that "weren't had by anyone else within the DP family". No desire to make it right or figure out what was going on. Daily logs sent and when you submit trouble tickets regarding those logs, they want you do to all the research into getting it fixed. Dropped calls. App freezing. Website doesn't connect. Calls would ring in and drop. Reporting to agent level severely lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
