The ability to take calls from anywhere via WiFi or mobile data, at all times of the day but setting working hours. The AI is very accurate and it makes it way easier to catch up on voicemails. Call quality is pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can answer the phone at work, or at home. Right from my computer. No more old days of having to use a phone. And the calls are recorded! I would highly recommend Dialpad for any busy office. Daily issues that "weren't had by anyone else within the DP family". No desire to make it right or figure out what was going on. Daily logs sent and when you submit trouble tickets regarding those logs, they want you do to all the research into getting it fixed. Dropped calls. App freezing. Website doesn't connect. There are many places you can access DialPad -- an app, the browser, integrated into a ticketing system. I like that I can answer and make calls for my company all while remaining anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
