What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The way that Dialpad contact center delivers a sufficient bunch of tools to identify and find any possible improvements in our service level, is amazing, it shows us a realtime analysis, let us know how many of our coworkers are having a good call and who are not :( the notifications! also, these are great because you do not need to keep both eyes at the tool all the time, instead, you would be able to get a notification in your smartphone, email, app, when calls are placed on queue due to no one been available to answer them, and more options, the contact center it's such a modern tool. What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

We would like to have more compatibility with other languages since we are a bilingual company, sometimes receiving calls from clients in other languages and dialpad is not being able to identify the mood of the call, also it would be amazing at least having the opportunity to categorize the calls by language, also I have found some issues with the screen recording feature, it is just something that can be fixed within the next updates from Dialpad team, but we like that feature, we have a better understanding of what happened during the calls and would lead us to analyze and get information for improvements in the next interactions. If you are looking for a stable Call center application, easy to use, easy to teach, and with several options to keep your service level always monitored, tracked, and always with good numbers, and with few (almost none) interruptions, dialpad offers these and more, bringing solutions to all kind of needs, and beyond, we use it every day and there is no other software that can relate to it, if this is all you need and feel like you have not found a software that gives you all this, then this is the one, and you just need to use it the first time, and you will like to be using it always, this is beyond the software you have been waiting for. What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We love the recommendations as the call flow goes on, the monitoring feature is amazing because it allows us to jump into a call and assist immediately, also recording for coaching and improvements in our service, voicemail, we use these features a lot of times, it prevents us to miss any relevant/important call, then we can place some callbacks. and the Agents view, it's a great option to see who is on duty and who is not, we will be able to keep the service level up and do no fall on possible bad CSAT from our clients. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I like the messaging system between co-workers and seeing when they're available to talk or when they're away from their desk. The program has a sleek design and user friendly. It's nice that it's compatable with other our client account program and makes it easy to make outbound calls to clients as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

The system is constantly glitching. I have to restart my DialPad program multiple times a day. Especially with the most recent update, the system isn't able to keep up with the speed at which I type. There are daily issues with calls dropping and clashes with trying to make an outbound call as an inbound call comes in. I wish there were a faster connection between the Service Titan program we use for client accounts and Dialpad. Oftentimes I won't see a call coming in and I'll being to make an outbound call and as the outbound line is ringing into me, so is an inbound call. It's not a terrible issue but it definitely causes some unnecessary stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialpad makes it easy for our call center to work remotely. Our client account database doesn't have a caller system of it's own without a base phone so Dialpad allows us to use a headset with our computer as the "phone." When working from home extra communication between co-workers is necessary for efficiency between worker and client - so it's nice to be able to message my co-worker with questions while I'm on the phone with the client. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I love that I can use Dialpad on so many different devices. It's super helpful because I work from home. I can step away from my computer and still see if I get calls. The best upside is that it allows me to work from home. I don't have to be tied to a landline at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

If people are "off duty," I can't see that. Only if they're on Do Not Disturb. Also, I don't particularly appreciate how many emails I get. I understand that I need to get a notification when I receive a voicemail, but I don't need one every time someone in the company gets one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calling out of my city and country can be quite challenging, but with Dialpad it is much easier to do so. Another problem is recalling if someone was already called or not, and then spending more time tracking down a note to confirm if a call was made or not. Through DialPad, the call history is recorded -- no matter how long ago, and thus provides a faster way of tracking who has been called and who did the calling. another one of the benefits of DialPad is the ability to do cross-border calling seamlessly, and the voice connection is crystal clear and the audio is coherent. All in all, the updates are given to the team allows for much more streamlining in day to day endeavours. These benefits make DialPad a valuable addition to the business processes for the team. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

The website is not optimized that well, and it needs a quick second to call someone or send them a text. This might not be a problem if users have more RAM, but I feel that 8 GB of RAM should also suffice for a website. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I love that it shows me who is also on the Queue along with me, as well as give me all the resources necessary if I need to transfer a call, or call another teammate in another Department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that sometimes Dialpad has technical issues, as everything now-a-days does, so I wouldn't necessarily say I don't like this about Dialpad. It can just become troublesome sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not think I am solving any problems with Dialpad; I just realize when it is having a technical issue that I just need to log out and log back in and everything will be fine. I have realized the major benefit of Dialpad is being able to get voicemails and return the calls to the consumers. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Dialpad is robust software and does a lot. The interface is easy to use, and the call quality is clear and strong.

Having a live transcript is excellent and having it use AI to pull a customer name is also very nice.

The key moments and summaries are nice to have a make it easy to review a conversation afterward.

I appreciate the ability to pull up the transfer screen without having to place the call on hold.

Transfering and call presence are straightforward and work every time, which is more than I can say for competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I cannot listen to calls afterward because the play button is missing.

The Voice to Text Transcription is not always accurate and does a particularly bad job on names.

It would be nice to play calls back and read full transcripts from the app instead of being pushed to the browser.
