It's nice when transferring calls. I also like that it transcribes the calls. It is easy to navigate and nice for group chats. You always know what's going on, which makes work a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
System seems to glitch often. Drops calls frequently or does not want to work correctly. Someties the phone likes to ring when dialing out other times just nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall not much I dislike about this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having dialpad integrated into our CRM software is incredibly useful and easy to outbound/track our calls to customers. That is really the only thing I like about Dialpad overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost everything. It breaks constantly. Whether dialpad will decide to drop the call mid conversation, or not allow us to outbound customers because it states 'we are already on an outbound call' (even though we are not), there are constant issues with this software. Customer service is not very helpful. Calling to report issues, most of the time, take weeks to fix or get a response. The software overall is very unreliable which impedes our success and production. Our latest and current NEW issue is that our live icon does not pop up during a call anymore. We utilize the desktop Dialpad app and it is supposed to run in the background while auto-popping a smaller condensed icon for us to have a condensed amount of features like end call, place on hold, etc. This does not work anymore. I like the convenience of how simple it is to use. Has a desktop app as well that functions nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how many different things you have to click. I wish it were all right on one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great in integrating with G-Suite for account creation.
It is easy to download, install and use on any computer.
Also integrates well with other apps like OKTA, Slack and Zendesk.
It is also easy to check a contact's call history on Dialpad.
Another great feature is the '#Moments' feature that categorizes parts of the call so you can easily review the call.
What I also love about this app is that it can be installed on your smartphone, giving you the freedom to use your smartphones to answer incoming calls or make outbound calls to your clients on the go.
In general, my experience with Dialpad is good, with a few hiccups here and there.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transcription service/feature could use some improvement in converting Speech to Text.
There are misspelled words, to completely incorrect transcribed words that make reviewing the call a bit tedious.
This is important because, in addition to listening to recordings, its the quickest way to review a call.
There are times that the Windows App crashes, or lags, and there were times when calls are missed due to no notifications popping up.
Despite these few hiccups, re-installing or updating the app does resolve them, and overall, my experience has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the user interface, it's super intuitive. My team really only needed about 10 minutes of training for us to really get the hang of it. On your own, you can just click/hover over items and learn what any unknown buttons mean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are not paying for premium internet service, Dialpad WILL lag! There is also a bit of a delay between what you say and what the person on the other end hears. It can cause confusion sometimes. I think things could still be even more intuitive and relay less on icons. Would like more things to be clearly labelled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
