How it freezes often and drops calls.sometimes i can't hear the caller and they can't here me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our previous ticketing system was unreliable when a call comes in but the receiving tech is too busy to handle that. Dialpad makes it so we don't have to worry about that by rolling over calls between Available techs.

Utilization of texting and calling. Salesforce integration makes it easy for a nice integration (click to dial), this is super helpful for my SDR team, since calling/texting is their main role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting within Dialpad isn't very seamless or informational, especially in a channel/call center view. Also, App utilization isn't the best for call review. As soon as you want to see the transcript, it takes you back to the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the call center. The user experience and layout is much better than what I previously used. I like the analytics, as well as the ability to add the contact info as I am calling someone. Also the call history is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
