What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Our previous ticketing system was unreliable when a call comes in but the receiving tech is too busy to handle that. Dialpad makes it so we don't have to worry about that by rolling over calls between Available techs.

Admins have good control over certain things, such as the priority in which inbound calls come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Utilization of texting and calling. Salesforce integration makes it easy for a nice integration (click to dial), this is super helpful for my SDR team, since calling/texting is their main role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

Reporting within Dialpad isn't very seamless or informational, especially in a channel/call center view. Also, App utilization isn't the best for call review. As soon as you want to see the transcript, it takes you back to the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I can text and call from any city in the United States. Now you can personalize your options more. I can change my ring tone. They dont have as many ringtones Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it tells me that I am already on a call and im trying to only call one person. They have actually fixed this. I would like them to take away the join meeting button right next to the call button Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I really like the call center. The user experience and layout is much better than what I previously used. I like the analytics, as well as the ability to add the contact info as I am calling someone. Also the call history is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

For some reason the application does not work as well for me and seems buggy. I exclusively use the web browser application to make my daily phone calls to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
