Great application when working. Has a friendly interface, calls are clear, and it is easy to work in the application since I work daily with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an admin, DialPad is very intuitive and easy to configure. The interface is user-friendly and the service is reliable. It also integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad's reporting has room for improvement, there are few customization options and most times you need to export the data to gain additional insight which makes the process of long and cumbersome, however there's a lot of valuable data in there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the system errors are not that often like other calling apps I've used in the past. It is very easy to get the number for each rep. I like that you don't have to constantly check on the reps because you get automatic notifications of when they are on the call center or on breaks. It is also very nice to know that you can customize the calling option to provide extensions or personal numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that the system would have spell check or assist you in that way for our Spanish rep just in case they misspell a word in English. i believe the system also needs to fix some glitches on the shortcut on the opportunity page. Sometimes it will not allow you to save the information for the customer and at that time we have to go back to the app and log the call thru there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do appreciate Dialpads capability to shield my private number from outreach cases. Off-duty mode. I also appreciate the color layout. The ability to monitor call progress while in the call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
oh man, Dialpad will say you missed the call if the customer hangs up before they get to you, affecting your numbers. The AI rates call as Negative when they are positive. You are locked in wrap-up from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Artificial intelligence is great. The reporting is easy to use and in-depth. The call recording library is well laid out and easy to track down calls. Once the account manager shows you the settings, you will find they cover all of your needs and are intuitively placed. I vetted 10 phone providers for my customer service team and the intersection between cost and features resides with Dialpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lack of customization. We were not offered any options besides what comes out of the box for ZenDesk integration. Would you like the transcript for the call or voicemail to show up on the ticket? I hope not, because it ain't happening. Do you want custom dashboards for your agents that are different from that of the admin? Can't do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
