I like that you can review recorded calls and see a transcript of them; it helps a lot with my job. I also really like the ease of use when accepting and transferring calls between others in my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad has a harder time keeping up when there are a lot of users, and can load very slowly at times, which can be tedious. It also has more limited 'statuses' than what I am used to, offering mainly basic ones like 'Break', 'Meeting', etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like teh search options in DP. I have to reference my convos on a daily basis, and teh function is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a lot to say negatively, but sometimes teh phone does not ring, and then shows a missed call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can monitor calls with ease and the AI assistant makes pinpointing follow up topics such as empathy statements or unsure. I have even advised my agents to keep the AI active during calls because it gives live friendly reminders to slow down and thinks like that so they can improve actively throughout the calls. Sometimes the export feature is a bit wonky. It seems like I have to pull several reports to get metrics rather than being able to see all metrics for one agent to review all areas including availability over the week and daily stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use. The app is simple to use and tracking of calls and stats is a plus. I love the fact that you an see what your place in line is on the call queue is so you always know when your about to receive a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The calls drop, the calls ring and the answer button will not answer. I do not believe that DP has a tech department to reach though, we have to reach out to our contracted tech company to fix issues we have with Dp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
