What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I love that I can see a transcript during the conversation and go back and view it as well. It helps a ton epsecially with customers that have an accent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to save contacts and mark messages as unread, but sometimes it is slow to load Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

just the occaisional slow to load and the launch button is hard for new users to find - I feel it should be at the top somewhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a great user interface, and works very well with hubspot barring a few minor things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
