As I mentioned in title I found it one of the best voip I ised so far, there was a lot of options like making inbound, outbound calls transferring internally, IVR and there was also text option which I couldn't use much, and good thing is we can attach dialer 360 with major software's like Salesforce. I think everything was good, and I can barely think anything to dislike abou dialer 360 however I heard that it is usefull only for small organization with strength of 500-1000 which I am not sure of, and the required internet speed is bit high which I think every good Voip will require, and I used it on on office windows system but it our IT informed it can not work on Linux so that is the field where they can work.
