What do you like best about DevRev?

What do you like best about DevRev?

I like that UserExperior is a comprehensive digital experience monitoring tool that helps us to understand and optimize the user experience for our mobile app. It has helped us to identify the Production incident with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

We have integrated UserExperior in our Flutter app as well, and there are limited customisation options. If offered more flexibility, it can enhance the overall usability of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

I have been using UserExperior for one of our products. It is beneficial to get insights into what users are doing within our application. It is lifesaver at times. For most of our Production Issues, we check UserExperior first to see exactly what the user was doing, which could have caused such an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

We are also using UserExperior in one of our Flutter Projects. Integration was seamless but masking is not supported in Flutter except in WebView. This should be worked upon by the UserExperior team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all recordings are available

No search functionality- like if you want to search session recording from 100 uniqie ids, you need to search one by one rather than any one of those 100 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

DevRev helps us immensely in handling our customer support queries right from the point of getting it from the customer to the point of managing the request and executing on it. What do you like best about DevRev?

Crash recordings capture details well. Logs of each transaction are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

The total number of sessions recorded on any given day suddenly drop from 20K to 5K.

ANR% of UE dont match ANR% or Crash % of Payment Gateway.
