allowing customers to download your app isn't always enough. if they don't use it regularly, the app has no price. The analytics tool gives accurate data on consumer engagement. If the app has a few troubles, then you can be aware of a regular decline in engagement and a boom in drop-offs. In such instances, the person revels in the device suggests the user behavior and related details which can be important for any decision-making manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

One of the standout features of UserExperior that I truly appreciate is its comprehensive suite of user experience analytics tools. These tools provide invaluable insights into how users interact with mobile apps, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions for optimization and enhancement.

The session replay feature is particularly impressive, allowing me to visually replay user sessions and gain a deep understanding of user behavior, pain points, and areas of improvement. It's like having a virtual window into the user's journey, helping me identify usability issues and streamline the user experience.

The heatmaps and touch heatmaps are also remarkable, as they offer visual representations of user interactions, highlighting the most engaging and frequently tapped areas within the app. This information allows me to optimize app layout and design for improved user engagement and conversion rates.

Additionally, the crash analysis feature is highly valuable in pinpointing and resolving app crashes quickly. It provides detailed crash reports, including the steps leading to the crash, device information, and error logs, enabling prompt troubleshooting and bug fixing.

Overall, UserExperior's powerful analytics tools, combined with its user-friendly interface, have made a significant impact on our mobile app optimization efforts. It has become an indispensable tool for enhancing the user experience and driving better business results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

While UserExperior is an exceptional platform for mobile app analytics and optimization, there are a few areas that I believe could benefit from further improvement.

One aspect that could be enhanced is the reporting and analytics customization options. While the existing features provide valuable insights, having more flexibility in tailoring and customizing reports would allow for even deeper analysis and better alignment with specific business goals and metrics.

Another area for improvement is the onboarding process and documentation. While the platform itself is intuitive to use, providing more comprehensive and detailed documentation, along with interactive tutorials or guides, would be helpful for new users to quickly understand and utilize the full potential of UserExperior's features.

Lastly, it would be beneficial to have expanded integrations with other third-party tools and platforms. Integration capabilities with popular app development frameworks, project management tools, or marketing analytics platforms would streamline workflows and provide a more holistic view of the app's performance and user behavior.

It's important to note that these points for improvement are relatively minor compared to the overall value and functionality provided by UserExperior. They are areas that, if addressed, would further enhance the platform's usability and effectiveness in optimizing mobile app experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

Video recordings, which give better insight wrt the customer's experience.

Its easier to find issues and help users. Also we can check and guide users if user is facing issues wrt to app navigation or is suck at some flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Both native and flutter support is not available. Our app has both flutter and native and it keeps switching. Need support for this.

Also BE can't post events which I feel should be there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

UserExperior enables us to identify and diagnose broken digital experiences quickly, helping the product team promptly address issues and improve overall performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

UE lacks the functionality of understanding users' flow by considering one event as a mid-point and then providing +/- steps. There is also a deficiency in creating a cohort that might help us to measure the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

Having a video recording of a user's session makes it much easier to identify, reproduce and debug problems in the app compared to simple analytics event logging.

It helps analyse and identify drop-off points within the app's flow and makes flow optimisation much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

We initially started using UserExperior in our native Android app, which seemed to work fine. But with time, we have begun transitioning into a Flutter-Android hybrid app, which is when UserExperior appears to break. On moving from a Flutter screen to an Android screen (and vice-versa), the recording fails and shows a black screen instead.

Apart from this, there are times when several user session recording links appear to be broken URLs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

1. The recordings that you provide help us to understand what user likes to do and how they like to proceed.

2. Integration part is very easy.

3. The videos getting recorded are good but found it bit difficult to get the exact video that I am looking for. Tried using filters as well but no result.

4. I was able to track some of the ANR's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

1. Sometimes the video length is too short.

2. I was not able to get the exact video even after applying the filters.

3. UI needs some work, it seems a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helpful and results-oriented approach. They helped with all our problems. They helped us with our demo account. It is one of the most ideal tools for observing user sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

In some cases, the screens of the sessions may be displayed incorrectly. No feature to stamp and annotate sessions. Records are deleted after 1 month. In general, it would be wrong to say that it is very bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

This tool helps us to analyse and conclude when we are in production issues. We go first with this tool other than any other platform. Many times helped us when something wrong goes. Thank you, team UserExperiror. The dashboard is one of the feature we like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

This tool may collect all crashes as Firebase does. We would like to see more in global search e.g. when search happens for an event it should have provision to reach directly at that point. Currently, I need to scroll down to get that session. Some sesssions come with more than 1000m/200m etc...duration, but it doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
