The most useful solution for us on UserExperior is to look at conversion bottlenecks and understand what design issues and errors caused users to dropoff from the journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The session replay feature with issues allows our support team to get a first-hand experience of

Dashboard charts help in navigating through the important user recordings that can help us in identifying the issues. A targeted pathway is always helpful while going through huge datasets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User recording section is kind of a dump where finding useful information becomes very difficult. Dashboard has right pathways but we can utilise this section as well by having better filters and views Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing to see visual data for our funnels. Crashes, API slow down, etc data can be correlated

A turnkey solution in my opinion would have been better. We could integrate data on
UserExperior without the hassle of integrating the SDK. However, the current setup isn’t a deal
