What do you like best about DevRev?

The most useful solution for us on UserExperior is to look at conversion bottlenecks and understand what design issues and errors caused users to dropoff from the journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

The downside is a lack of features on business transaction solutions is not built in to understand how errors affect our core business metrics. If business impact analysis is brought onto UserExperior it will be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

What do you like best about DevRev?

The session replay feature with issues allows our support team to get a first-hand experience of

user complaints. We can get more information from vague feedback simply by looking into

I would love UserExperior even more if they improved the bland looking UI and added more

What do you like best about DevRev?

What do you like best about DevRev?

Having the capability to see user behavior and keep a check on anything that is affecting user experience. When something unexpected happens, we can see it right away instead of reproducing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

Dashboard charts help in navigating through the important user recordings that can help us in identifying the issues. A targeted pathway is always helpful while going through huge datasets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

Amazing to see visual data for our funnels. Crashes, API slow down, etc data can be correlated

A turnkey solution in my opinion would have been better. We could integrate data on

UserExperior without the hassle of integrating the SDK. However, the current setup isn’t a deal
