It keeps all my remote connection together, in a single UI. SSH, RDP, VNC, and many others, without switching software, with advanced Tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is a bit heavy, and since it uses RDP, high on memory if you keep many session opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RDM is a great p[lace to consolidate and share all types of connections with your colleagues. I use it to connect RDP, VNC and SSH sessions mostly. I also add power-shell scripts and link websites so that all of my work can be accessed from a single window. My team logs every connection, so we have a running record of changes. Creating log entries can be a little cumbersome at times. We got around that by requiring a comment when you close your session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to believe but at the moment there are no criticisms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple and easy way to manage multiple remote desktop connecitons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Works as described, not more, not less, just what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic functionality and integration with KeePass. Can manage my credentials in single place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit complex interface, need some time to get familiar with it. Bit it is not critical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Works with almost all program to facilitate shared connection management. Add a new SQL connection and the department all gets the new connection. New VM with RDP, everyone gets the update. Using shared credentials? Control who has access and who doesn't while never giving users access to the password directly. Tabbed windows allow for many different connections to be open and running and easily switch back and forth. Copy and paste between these windows is also possible. Similar to many web browsers, when you close the program, it will pick up where you left off. So many features that it is too hard to list them all! Integrates with browsers and may third part products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Somewhat costly for a medium size organization. Takes some effort to input all of your connections and get everything setup just how you want it. When features are introduced, there are sometime bugs when trying to use those new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RDM is integrated with so many other products it is hard to believe! We have a team of 50+ using it with different levels of security and it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike! Look at all the integrations this product works with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes, it is bit lagging. But other than that, it is very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using RDM for many years now. I started with the free version and the more I used it the more I fell in love. I eventually expanded to the Enterprise version and am now at a point where I cannot live without it.
Having all my RDP session and other remote session in one place make my life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime you can lost yourself in all the options in RDM.
Also the frequent update can be a little bit annoying.
I would like to see more help for beginner because i always have the feeling that i could use it for others stuffs i do, but i don't have the knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gets the job done; manages over 500 connections and credentials.
Pretty, customizable, flexible -- we only use it for RDP, but it apparently can do much more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Frequent crashes -- though that may be related to the SQL server running on the backend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
