1. It brings order to chaos if you have to manage more than 5 RDP connections.

2. It improves your productivity.

3. It saves time.

4. It has teamwork features, so you can securely share connections and other sensitive things with a team.

5. It is secure.

1. May be too complex for an average user.

2. It has a lot of functions which can be overwhelming at first. You need to spend some time getting used to it.
