Desku made handling of incoming enquiries much easier for us. Some of its features which stand out are:
-It's unified ticketing dashboard help us to keep track of all the incoming enquiries in a single view
-With their drag-and-drop interface, it becomes super easy for us to create chatbot response flows.

Desku is a lifesaver for our customer support team. The Eva AI bot handles most of the queries, freeing up our team for more complex issues. The No-Code Chatbot Builder is super easy to use, and we deployed it on our Shopify store in no time. Plus, it's way cheaper than Intercom but does the job just as well. Desku is an awesome tool to keep on top of all my customer interactions. I found this when I was searching for a customer service tool that didn’t come with a big price tag. For small startups like ours, paying $70 per month was not practical. I’m so glad I came across Desku, which gives me the same (even better) features is less than half the cost.
I like the shared inbox that makes ticketing/ticket assigning easier. Getting a quick overview of all the customer details is easy, which helps my team solve customer queries more efficiently. Answering these queries is also a breeze with AI assist (gives intelligent responses).
Another Desku feature that I loved was the AI chatbot builder. I could set up and deploy a personalized chatbot, and it’s now handling the bulk of the customer queries, freeing up my team's time to focus on other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've played around with a bunch of support tools, but Desku.io? It's a game-changer. Their chatbots are on point and get what customers are asking. Setting it up was a breeze, and the fact that it links up with Shopify? That's just icing on the cake. It's seriously made handling customer support way easier for me. Can't recommend it enough! Desku.io is packed with cool features, but I'd love a bit more wiggle room for customization. The ready-made templates are good, but they don't always hit the mark for every business out there. If they could jazz up the customization options and maybe throw in some integrations with those under-the-radar platforms, it'd be perfect. But hey, it's still a top-notch tool in my book! Desku.io is simple to use and provides a wide range of characteristics, such as an editor for dragging and dropping and an extensive collection of connectors. Desku has been phenomenal in helping us reduce the TAT for responding to our customer queries. We are also saving time by creating template responses for standard queries.

For me, Desku has been the easiest to use with fair pricing and all the integrations. We didn't want any complex tool with complex features for our product and Desku has delivered just that. Plus, their customer support is bang-on with solving issues on priority. The fact that it also provides a knowledgebase for users to deep dive into and get answers to their FAQs was also a big plus for us. Though, I wish the AI was more enhanced but it's just the start.
