Automation is the name of the game in IT and this product does a lot of that for me. Simple things like adding printers or storage to a particular user are done automatically by the system. The integrated remote control solution could be better. We find that it occasionally refuses to connect to some devices. The use of Java runtime for remote control is also disappointing.
