For years I searched for a tool that would do what Postcards does... there wasn't anything that was worth using. So far after almost 12 months of use I'm still using it and I am planning to migrate all of our product emails from ActiveCampaign editor to Postcards next year.
My favourite thing is that it just works... isn't buggy and I can design emails how I want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the more advanced options are a little confusing, however that's easily overcome in a few minutes of reading a doc or reaching out to support. I'm only using it every 2 or 3 weeks so I do forget some of the deeper options that I need to use sometimes etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use this product every day in our team and are so impressed with how easy it is to use and fit with other products! It's so useful for us within our marketing team as we can build, test and share links to emails for immediate feedback. Not to mention exporting the code onto your clipboard to quickly take over to our email service provider. The customer service team are amazing and so helpful. It would be really useful to get some kind of support with Dark Mode in emails. This is something we struggle with as a team can can be time-consuming to fix so a setting or way to approach it directly from Postcards would be so useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very intuitive. When you spend a few minutes on it, you'll realize there are a lot of customization possibilities, it's not a basic drag and drop.
The customer service is excellent, they respond very fast and not very generic answers. They really try to understand your needs, and help you the best they can.
I really recommend this tool for someone who wants to QUICKLY build a good-looking e-mail, and then add in the CMS a few personnalization token. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything was very clear for me, it's exactly doing what you want it to do : create templates you can integrate in your CMS.
If i could request something, it would be to add new footer options for CMS integrations (including unsuscribe and manage preference tokens) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Solving email headaches is a thing of the past. Everything is provided in an easy and intuative interface that syncs right up with most major email providers. The out of the box templates save hours of crafting creative. Great product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that the image hosting is provided, however I'm a nerd who will view the source code on promotional emails I get in my inbox. (Like I said, nerd)
If there was a way to connect the app with an account so that all hosting paths go to the site (shopify/woo/klayvio/S3 bucket) so there was no back and forth (upload, copy url path) and it looked completely integrated end-to-end. That would be a nice to have feature. *Keep in mind, 99% of people will have no idea what I'm talking about* but for me, knowing all files are coming from a hosting service of my own is the move. Notably, it can be done already, it's just more steps that could be reduced with some tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's some features lacking from my past experiences with mailchimp and beefree. some of the things I wish I could do would be to drag and drop images, save character and paragraph styles, and edit text easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the fact that I can get to do my design fairly quickly and with one click I can copy the code and do my implementation. The interface is simple and has most of what I'm looking for in a email design app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like a little more control of elements, sometimes I have to make many clicks to get to a nested element. I also would like the ability to ad container and style it like a div. Now I had to add a table and work my way from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a designer so it was very familiar for me but I reccomend it for non designer users because the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Postcards for a few years at this point and I love how universal it is. Postcards made it so easy to build templates that look great, hold up over time, and work in any email client. The design options are beautiful and the drag and drop editor is really easy to understand.
