I never seem to get feedback on ideas that end up on the cutting room floor. But I do when they get used so that is a plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Event Messaging is allowing us to all but completely remove human error from Track and Trace oversights eliminating demurrage charges to my Clients and ourselves and Freight Forwarding agents and Customs Brokers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is very clear and easy to recognize. When we have any kind of issues, we can email their service desk and it will get resolved very fast. A lot of duplicate functions will make the work more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes Forwarder Enterprise Suite?

Sometimes it will have a system glitch, and it will have to email Service Desk to help filing the entry. I tried to ask how to fix it for future reference, unfortunately, this is not the problem we can see on our end. But the bright side is, they are very fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My dislikes of Descartes One View is that at times the system will shutdown on you when you're working on something. But once I email Descartes. They will get back to you and fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has too many windows a lot of unecesary fields not requiered for completing an entry. fees not generatig, basically all a manual process. Lack of Automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
