Nice people, global support, implementation through interfaces and therefore easy to integrate and vast opportunities of usage (at least for GPM). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes Forwarder Enterprise Suite?

Complexity and dependiencies in GPM sometimes lead to long and deeper analysis from tech teams to rule out bugs and find out system logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Forwarder Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

GPM is just one platform holding all the rates and quotes and no one needs to send around XLS sheets anymore. Also invoices can be checed and through the interfaces that are possible a lot of automation can take place (e.g. for accruals in the TMS). Also the option of Allocation Mgmnt meaning capacity planning and gives a good opportunity to get hold of the current forwardes business situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
