The system is easy to use, and there are several user guides. The support staff is nothing short of AMAZING. They are like an extension of my team. Even though I ask the same things sometimes, or things I should already know, they are so helpful, polite, and even funny LOL. I know that I can count on them to help me completly and quickly.
