One recurring issue is the frequent delays in system processing. For example, there was a two-hour system delay recently, which led to disruptions in customs clearance operations. The system is easy to use, and there are several user guides. The support staff is nothing short of AMAZING. They are like an extension of my team. Even though I ask the same things sometimes, or things I should already know, they are so helpful, polite, and even funny LOL. I know that I can count on them to help me completly and quickly.
