Reporting is slim, posting functionality is less than what most free platforms offer, you can't edit photos within the program, and you also can't post more than one image to Instagram. We tend to push the boundaries of the services we pay for, and in the process, we seem to be finding all the bugs in the platform. Some issues with posting to instagram due to the inability to post through creator accounts; many would like to see more analytics and ROI type of features, but that is supposedly coming soon so I wouldn't say that is a DISLIKE just a feature that is not available yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's convenient to post to multiple platforms across multiple users from one location. I also love that I can save links/articles/content that I find throughout the day into the content library. I am struggling with the "listening" feature, and even with customer support, it doesn't appear that it's working. I also think the UpContent is useful when I haven't organically found content, but it is less robust than we originally thought. I don't find that there is as much applicable content as I was hoping. First, we love our account representative, Kylie! She is very attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. We recently added LinkedIn to our social media mix and Kylie was able to send me a lot of great resources to help get this new avenue approved. Second, as a small community bank, we are not always able to dedicate the time and resources to stay up-to-date on the latest trends or new marketing ideas. With denimsocial, they provide free one-hour webinars, blogs, and other resources to help us learn this information. I wish other social media avenues, such as TikTok or Pinterest were available to use. Also, I wish the paid advertisement feature was more budget-friendly, especially for the smaller clients who don't have large budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
