Denim Social Pros and Cons

The publishing platform makes it easy to schedule and publish content on social media. Personally, my favorite feature is the content library. We use this to help organize content for our users and push them to grow their digital footprint on social media.

Denim Social is an excellent platform for social media management. Their platform is tailored to included necessary banking compliance on top of social media publishing, review, analytics, advertising and an article library. Their customer success team is client focused, attentive and driven to ensure the customer has success on the platform. They provide great resources for training and knowledge about the platform. If a loan officer mistakingly clicks "No approval needed" and "Compliance Approval Needed" in the approval groups instead of one or the other, it sends an email out to everyone in the "No Approval Needed" group. We typically have to create multiple "posts" for different platforms. Captions have to be the same for each post, and when tags are different, it makes it a bit more tedious to complete.
