What do you like best about Denim Social?
The publishing platform makes it easy to schedule and publish content on social media. Personally, my favorite feature is the content library. We use this to help organize content for our users and push them to grow their digital footprint on social media.

What do you like best about Denim Social?
Denim Social is an excellent platform for social media management. Their platform is tailored to included necessary banking compliance on top of social media publishing, review, analytics, advertising and an article library. Their customer success team is client focused, attentive and driven to ensure the customer has success on the platform. They provide great resources for training and knowledge about the platform. If a loan officer mistakingly clicks "No approval needed" and "Compliance Approval Needed" in the approval groups instead of one or the other, it sends an email out to everyone in the "No Approval Needed" group. Planning social media posts can get hectic, and Denim Social makes it easier to organize and plan our monthly calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Denim Social?
We typically have to create multiple "posts" for different platforms. Captions have to be the same for each post, and when tags are different, it makes it a bit more tedious to complete. Additionally, we are unable to add locations to our posts, which we typically have to go back and edit the posts on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
