What do you like best about Demodesk Scheduling?

During my reasearch I came across a couple of scheduling solutions like hubspot, chili piper, calendly and demodesk. Only demodesk hit the nail on the head. Most important to us was a smooth experience when booking a meeting via our website. That requires a solid CRM integration to create proper routing to on of our BDRs as well as a good UX in the frontend (user-friendly and with the least necessary clicks to get to the desired outcome).

What do you dislike about Demodesk Scheduling?

The hubspot <> demodesk integration did not automatically update a hubspot property important to us. The support quickly connected me with their product team, which explained the reasons for that and helped me build a very simple work around via their existing integration. What problems is Demodesk Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inbound lead routing to existing company/contact owners if any exist and if not, routing within our dedicated BDR team. Direct integration with our Hubspot CRM. What do you like best about Demodesk Scheduling?

It gives me full control over my calendar, it saves me time, and it reduces no-shows. For my customers, it is also very easy to re-schedule a call. Ideal for demos, implementation, project management, saas, etc. All participants can interact with the shared screen. It makes the calls more dynamic. And it is integrated with Google Calendar. What do you dislike about Demodesk Scheduling?

Even when their best feature is the interactive screen thing, they don't have display options for the pointer. Even when you use a customized pointer on your laptop, this is not transferred into Demodesk. It is small and white. You can barely see it. And you can not paint on the interactive screen either. What do you like best about Demodesk Scheduling?

Before Demodesk & scheduling planner, we used to have a call with the customer or always asked about three suggestions for appointments, which always took time to look through the calendars, now by just sending an appointment link, it makes life so much easier, especially if you name what each link does, it's easier to also know what the meeting is all going to be about. It can be a bit of challenging, and you can get lost if you create multiple links, or creating events can be a bit challanging, but once you get the jist you notice it's super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Demodesk Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do hold our meetings with Demodesk and also our QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) with our Customer, so sending a link of Demodesk from our CRM - Tool, just see your calendar filling up with meetings from customer your only reached our per Mail, and you customer books proactively your meeting. It also has come to the point, that your customer can save the link and can book a meeting proactively, as lons as he leaves a comment about what the meeting is all about. What do you like best about Demodesk Scheduling?

I love how intuitive it is and how you can see not only your availability but also that of your colleagues.

Custom meeting link generation for calls with colleagues e.g. experts ---> no more wasting time checking individual availability

I also love the integration with Gmail and Google Calendar.

I love how easy it is to see if colleagues are in calls and that you can join them if they need your help or if you want to support them (also as a shadower).

The rescheduling feature is also a life saver if you need to cover calls for a colleague who is off sick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demodesk Scheduling?

- room for improvement would be if the tool could understand what are blockers in my calender vs real appointments

- would be amazing if i can send custom calender invites with colleagues who are not on demodesk yet (e.g. product managers who typically wouldnt have a license) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Demodesk is a great tool for different teams that deal with the same customer along the journey from acquisition to onboarding. Most handovers require additional communication between teams to finde the right meeting times with customers - extending the customer journey and complicating things overall.
